Handheld electric packing machine
A handheld electric packing machine having a strap press structure, vibrating component, cutter, and strap press spacer matching the strap press structure. The strap press structure connects to the vibrating component or is part of the vibrating component. The vibrating component is a swing vibrating component capable of rising and falling. The machine has a downward pressing mechanism and rising reset mechanism for the vibrating component. The vibrating component swings leftward and rightward relative to the lengthwise direction of a packing strap. The machine has a leftward and rightward swing driving device for the vibrating component. The machine has a manually downward pressing operating mechanism with a lock, which is locked when the vibrating component is pressed downwards until the strap press structure is located at a strap press position. The downward pressing operating mechanism cannot retreat after the manually downward pressing is removed.
AUTO STRAPPING PACKAGING TOOL HAVING CLAMP FIXING APPARATUS
Provided is an auto strapping packaging tool having a clamp fixing apparatus including a body assembly, a tension module partially coupled to the body assembly and providing a tensile force to a plastic band using a first motor, a feed wheel part rotated by the first motor about a first shaft, and a clamp part disposed around the feed wheel part to be rotated about a second shaft, a welding module including a second motor and a third motor and providing a friction force to the plastic band to which the tensile force is applied by the tension module, a hooking part provided with a first hooking element axially rotatably disposed in the body assembly and a second hooking element fixedly disposed in the body assembly, and a lever unit axially rotatably coupled to the body assembly.
INNER MODULE STRUCTURE OF AUTO STRAPPING PACKAGING TOOL
Provided is an inner module structure of an auto strapping packaging tool including a tension module in which first power generated by a first dedicated motor disposed at a rear side is transmitted to a front side to provide a tensile force to a packaging plastic band, and a welding module which is disposed at one side of the tension module, and in which a gripper unit is opened or closed by second-1 power due to axial rotation in a forward direction of a second dedicated motor disposed at a rear side, and the gripper unit linearly reciprocates by second-2 power due to axial rotation in a reverse direction of the second dedicated motor to provide a friction force to the plastic band to which the tensile force is applied through the tension module.
REDUCED POWER CONSUMPTION SEALING TOOL FOR STRAP
A sealing tool for forming a joint in a seal positioned on overlying courses of strap includes a body, a motor and drive train housed, at least in part, in the body, a power supply and a sealing assembly mounted to the body. The sealing assembly is operably coupled to the motor. The sealing assembly includes at least one jaw having a pair of opposing jaw elements. Each jaw element has two edges for cutting into the seal and the courses of strap and forming a bent tab. The jaw element edges are configured to cut into the seal and the courses of strap material at different distances into a width of the seal and strap material. A method for forming seal and a seal formed by the tool and method are disclosed.
SEALING TOOL FOR STRAP
A tool for sealing overlying courses of a strap that includes a gripping unit, a power supply unit detachably affixed to one end of the gripping unit, and a motor in the gripping unit. A cam is coupled to the motor and a notching unit is coupled to the cam by a plurality of linkages.
Strapping Tool
A strapping tool is disclosed herein. In one or more embodiments, the strapping tool includes a motive power source and a sealing assembly. The sealing assembly includes a first punch and a die, the first punch and die configured to crimp or cut a notch in a strapping seal member and/or a piece of strapping so as to secure the piece of strapping around a package or bundle of items.
STRAPPING DEVICE HAVING A PIVOTABLE ROCKER
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a mobile strapping device for strapping packaged products using a loop of wrapping strap. The strapping device includes a tensioning device for applying tension to the strap and a connecting device for connecting two overlapping portions of the strap. The tensioning device includes a rotatable tensioning wheel and a tensioning plate. The tensioning wheel is supported by a rocker that is pivotable to change a distance separating the tensioning wheel and the tensioning plate. The mobile strapping device includes a motor that is operably connectable to the rocker or the tensioning wheel such that the motor causes pivoting of the rocker or rotation of the tensioning wheel when operating in a first direction of rotation. In various embodiments, gearing, including a plurality of planetary gear sets, is used to operatively connect the motor to the rocker and the tensioning wheel.
Strapping tool
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a strapping tool configured to tension metal strap around a load and, after tensioning, attach overlapping portions of the strap to one another by cutting notches into a seal element positioned around the overlapping portions of the strap and into the overlapping portions of the strap themselves.

Strapping device
A strapping device including a tensioner operable to apply a strap tension to a loop of wrapping strap, a friction welder operable to produce a friction weld connection at two areas of the loop of wrapping strap disposed one on top of the other, a motor operable in a first rotational direction to drive the tensioner and in a second opposite rotational direction to drive the friction welder, and a control device. The control device is configured to, in response to receiving a first designated input: (1) operate the motor in the first rotational direction to drive the tensioner until a predetermined strap tension is reached in the loop of wrapping strap; and (2) afterwards, automatically operate the motor in the second different rotational direction to drive the friction welder to produce the friction weld connection.
