ELECTRICALLY POWERED COMBINATION HAND-HELD STRAPPING TOOL
An electrically powered strapping tool for tensioning and forming a sealless joint in overlapping sections of steel strap around a load includes a body having a foot, a tensioning assembly operably mounted to the body, the tensioning assembly having an electrically powered motor and a tensioning wheel operably connected to the tensioner motor. The tool includes a sealing assembly operably mounted to the body, the sealing assembly having an electrically powered motor and a sealer operably connected to the electrically powered motor. A control system controls operation of the tensioning assembly and the sealing assembly to operate the strapping tool in an automatic mode in which the tensioning assembly and the sealing assembly are sequentially actuated by a single action of the control system by an operator, and in a manual mode in which the tensioning assembly and the sealing assembly are sequentially actuated by multiple actions of the control system by the operator.
REDUCED POWER CONSUMPTION SEALING TOOL FOR STRAP
A sealing tool for forming a joint in a seal positioned on overlying courses of strap includes a body, a motor and drive train housed, at least in part, in the body, a power supply and a sealing assembly mounted to the body. The sealing assembly is operably coupled to the motor. The sealing assembly includes at least one jaw having a pair of opposing jaw elements. Each jaw element has two edges for cutting into the seal and the courses of strap and forming a bent tab. The jaw element edges are configured to cut into the seal and the courses of strap material at different distances into a width of the seal and strap material. A method for forming seal and a seal formed by the tool and method are disclosed.

SEALING TOOL FOR STRAP
A tool for sealing overlying courses of a strap that includes a gripping unit, a power supply unit detachably affixed to one end of the gripping unit, and a motor in the gripping unit. A cam is coupled to the motor and a notching unit is coupled to the cam by a plurality of linkages.
Manual bundling tool
A manual binding tool including a mechanism for applying plastic deformation to a tie portion located in a head portion to forcibly cause tie portions to engage with each other. A manual binding tool has a tie holding portion that receives and supports a head portion, a tightening mechanism that pulls a projection tie portion that projects through the head portion, a return preventing mechanism that blocks a return movement of the projection tie portion with respect to the head portion that is supported by the tie holding portion, and a pushing mechanism that, in a state where the head portion is supported by the tie holding portion, pushes and deforms a passed tie portion located in the head portion, and that causes the deformed portion to be engaged into an engagement hole of a root tie portion on which the head portion is previously surroundingly held.
Binding Machine
A binding machine includes: a magazine configured to hold a staple that has a first leg portion and a second leg portion and that is opened between the first leg portion and the second leg portion; a driver configured to push the staple held in the magazine in a forward direction with an opening portion facing forward and configured to move the first leg portion and the second leg portion in the forward direction of the magazine; and a displacement portion configured to bind an object to be bound inserted between the first leg portion and the second leg portion by displacing the first leg portion moved in the forward direction of the magazine.
TAB STRIP SEGMENTS, PLURALITIES OF INTERCONNECTED TABS, FASTENING DEVICES THAT UTILIZE THE SAME, AND METHODS OF FORMING THE SAME
Tab strip segments, pluralities of interconnected tabs, fastening devices that utilize the same, and methods of forming the same. The tab strip segments include a plurality of interconnected central tabs, an interconnected leading tab, an interconnected trailing tab, and a plurality of tab attachment structures. The interconnected leading tab defines a first portion of a strip interlock structure. The interconnected trailing tab defines a second portion of the strip interlock structure. The first portion of the strip interlock structure and the second portion of the strip interlock structure of separate tab strip segments are configured to overlap and interlock with one another to define a tab strip. The methods include providing a plurality of tab strip segments and interlocking the plurality of tab strip segments, via corresponding first and second portions of the strip interlock structure to form the plurality of interconnected tabs.
