The present invention relates to a food container evacuation module (31) capable of enhanced performances in terms of attainable vacuum and also being portable and easy to use, to a food container evacuation system (300) comprising it and to food containers (33) apt to be used in such food container evacuation system (300).
Adapter to allow the evacuation of a vacuum bag using a hairdryer or other air-moving device
A vacuum adapter device is useful for connecting a suction generating device to a garment bag. The device includes at least one conical section. The conical section includes a wide opening configured be connected to one of the suction generating device and the garment bag and a narrow opening connected to a reinforcing feature configured to prevent the narrow opening from collapsing when suction is applied to the device. The conical section is constructed with a flexible polymer material.
Vacuum sealing valve for canning jar lids
A resealable vacuum valve for sealing a canning jar has an annular vacuum interface ring, a vacuum interface ring surface, and a valve interface bottom surface opposite the vacuum interface ring surface. A sealing membrane is interior to the vacuum interface ring.
An anchor stem is fixedly attached to and extending from the bottom of the sealing membrane. At least one air evacuation hole is disposed through the sealing membrane interior to and equidistantly around the interior of the vacuum interface ring.
With the anchor stem of the vacuum valve extended through a hole disposed in a lid placed onto a canning jar, a vacuum is applied to the vacuum valve removing air from inside the canning jar through the air evacuation holes such that the vacuum seals the sealing membrane bottom surface to the canning jar lid while sealing the canning jar lid to the canning jar.
Vacuum Device
A vacuum device according to the present invention may comprise: a vacuum unit for suctioning air from inside a packaging back through a check valve of the packaging back, thereby generating a vacuum therein; and a clamping unit provided on the vacuum unit so as to clamp the packaging back such that the check valve of the packaging back airtightly communicates with an air suction portion of the vacuum unit.
Storage tank vacuum-pumping device and method for keeping long-time food fresh utilizing storage tank
The present invention specifically relates to a storage tank vacuum-pumping device and a method for keeping long-time food fresh utilizing the storage tank. The storage tank vacuum-pumping device comprises a shell, a seal ring, an air pumping assembly, an electric switch key, an air exhaust valve button, a pressure valve, a pressure valve spring and a pressure valve linkage switch, wherein the seal ring is fixed at the bottom of the shell; an air inlet pipe of the air pumping assembly is in communication with the storage tank, and the air pumping assembly is electrically connected with the electric switch key; both the electric switch key and the air exhaust valve button extend out from the top of the shell; a first closed pipeline which is in communication with the storage tank is arranged in the shell, the pressure valve is installed in the first closed pipeline, and the pressure valve spring is fixed between the first closed pipeline and the pressure valve; and the pressure valve linkage switch is aligned with the pressure valve, and the pressure valve linkage switch is connected with the electric switch key in series. In the present invention, by the automatic control of the pressure valve and the pressure valve linkage switch, the storage tank can keep a vacuum state for a long time, and then effectively keep food fresh for a long time.
Device for preserving beverages
A closure element for liquid containers, in particular bottles, includes a stopper engaging the opening of the liquid container (e.g., a neck of a bottle) and a cap (5) covering the edge of the neck opening, the stopper including an inlet channel passing therethrough and optionally an outlet channel, the inlet channel and optionally the outlet channel (42) are respectively provided with an inlet valve or outlet valve, which may be a pressure relief valve (21).
Carbonation Preservation Device
The present disclosure provides a carbonation preservation device that attaches to the mouth of an open container holding carbonated liquid. More specifically, the present invention relates to a device for preventing loss of carbonation from a carbonated liquid stored within a container by purging the trapped air above the remaining liquid within the container and replacing it with carbon dioxide or mixture of gases. When in place, the carbonation preservation device purges the air and other gases from the volume above the remaining carbonated liquid and fills the volume with a gas, such as carbon dioxide, or a mixture of gases, in order to pressurize the container and prevent the escape of carbon dioxide from the remaining carbonated liquid in the container.
HANDHELD VACUUM MARINATOR DEVICE
A handheld vacuum marinator device is provided. The device can include a suction function button configured to activate a suction procedure when depressed and a marinade function button configured to activate a marinade procedure when depressed. The suction procedure includes activating a vacuum device to pull a vacuum through a suction inlet and deactivating the vacuum device when a first vacuum level is detected, and the marinade procedure includes initiating a plurality of cycles of activating the vacuum device to pull the vacuum through the suction inlet, deactivating the vacuum device when a second vacuum level is detected, holding the second vacuum level for a first preset amount of time, releasing the vacuum after the first preset amount of time, and waiting a second preset amount of time to reactivate the vacuum device for a start of a next one of the plurality of cycles.
Facility and method for producing a container loaded with a biopharmaceutical fluid
A facility (1) for producing a container loaded with a biopharmaceutical fluid, includes: a container (2) wherein a biopharmaceutical fluid is placed (B); a control module (9) for controlling the filling of gas into the container (2); and an analysis module (10) for estimating a parameter for controlling the gas filling; and a pumping device (40) for generating a depression in the inner filling space (Vg).
