FILLING DEVICE
To provide a filling device that realizes simplification of device configuration, improvement of design freedom, and redaction of production loads, and that prevents formation of a pointed peak on the upper surface of packed contents, or uneven filling of the container. Provided is a filling device (10) including a filling nozzle (20), a contents supplier (30), a plunger (40), and a gas supplier (50). A gas inlet (25) connected to the gas supplier (50), a gas outlet (26) opened to the nozzle hole (23), and a gas flow passage (27) are formed in the filling nozzle (20). The gas (A) supplied from the gas supplier (50) is ejected from a gap between an inner circumferential surface of the nozzle hole (23) and an outer circumferential surface of the plunger (40) at a lower end of the filling nozzle (20).
Medicine Feeding Apparatus and Medicine Passing Apparatus
Provided is a medicine feeding apparatus including: a medicine feeder body configured to feed medicine; and a medicine passage configured to guide the medicine fed by the medicine feeder body to a packaging material configured to package the medicine. The medicine passage includes: an inlet that is configured to allow the medicine to enter from above therethrough; an outlet that is configured to allow the medicine to exit downward therethrough; and a communication part that is configured to communicate the inlet and the outlet with each other. The inlet and the outlet are provided as separate bodies from each other. The communication part is provided as a separate body from the inlet and the outlet and is connected to the inlet and the outlet so as to be positionally adjustable.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CO-METERING
The invention relates to a device for co-metering liquid and/or pasty products, including: a first metering unit (41) for metering a first product; a second metering unit (42) for metering a second product (P2); a nozzle (B) including a first duct (1) supplied by the first metering unit (41) and opening out into a first orifice (11), a second duct (2) supplied by the second metering unit (42) and opening out into a second orifice (21), and a third duct (3) opening out into a third orifice (31), the device being configured such that the third duct (3) is supplied by the first and second metering units (41, 42), such that a mixture of the first and second products is discharged by said third orifice (31). The invention also relates to an associated metering method.
A PRODUCT DISPENSER AND A METHOD OF DISPENSING A FLOWABLE PRODUCT
The present invention relates to a method and a product dispenser comprising a tank for storing a flowable product and a conveyor for conveying storage containers along a longitudinal direction from an entry position to an exit position. The product dispenser further comprises a dosing mechanism extending in the longitudinal direction above the conveyor. The dosing mechanism comprises an inner cylindrical part and an outer cylindrical part enclosing and sealing against the inner cylindrical part. The inner cylindrical part defines a circumferential groove and a helically shaped groove extending between the entry position and the exit position. The outer cylindrical part defines an elongated opening extending in the longitudinal direction and an inlet opening for establishing a fluid path from the tank via the circumferential groove and the helically shaped groove to the elongated opening. The inner cylindrical part is rotatable for dispensing the flowable product into the storage containers.
MACHINE FOR THE PACKAGING OF FRUITS AND GENERALLY SPHERICAL PRODUCTS
A machine to pack fruits, vegetables and generally spherical products that require a high production and careful packaging, wherein said machine has a packing crate that receives fruit through multiple feed channels, added to Patent AR061018B1. The machine features the unique characteristic of having three or more tray lines comprised by a different number of channels, and three or more packing crates.
AUTO-PACKING APPARATUS FOR POUCH
The invention is an auto-packing apparatus for pouch, and comprises: a pouch conveyor 20, a slot magazine 50, a pickup means 60 to pick up the moving pouches 1 on the pouch conveyor 20 and insert them into the slots 51 of the slot magazine 50, a pouch retainer 100 to retain the pouches 1 dropping from the slot magazine 50, a moving means 130 to move one 80 of the side walls 70,80 of the pouch retainer 100 and an opening means 91 to open and close the lower part of the pouch retainer 100 and a controller 180.
Low splash fluid shutoff valve assembly
A low splash fluid shutoff valve assembly that can be used with systems that fill containers with fluids and methods of reducing fluid splash-back in filling operations.
LOW SPLASH FLUID SHUTOFF VALVE ASSEMBLY
A low splash fluid shutoff valve assembly that can be used with systems that fill containers with fluids and methods of reducing fluid splash-back in filling operations.
Apparatus for counting and unloading pharmaceutical articles
An apparatus for counting and unloading pharmaceutical articles comprising an accumulation chamber. The accumulation chamber has an unloading mouth. A closing element of the unloading mouth is movable between a first closed and second open positions. The closing element comprises first and second abutment surfaces arranged at an angle to one another, in such a way that with the closing element positioned in the first closed position, the first abutment surface is inclined with respect to a first internal wall of the accumulation chamber defining a first accumulation volume for a first group of pharmaceutical articles between the first abutment surface and the first internal wall. The second abutment surface is inclined and with a second angle with respect to a second internal wall of the accumulation chamber defining a second accumulation volume for a second group of pharmaceutical articles between the second abutment surface and the second internal wall.
TRANSFER DEVICE FOR TRANSFERRING AN ARRAY OF DOSES OF MEDICINES
A transfer device for transferring an array of doses of medicines, the transfer device comprising a body extending along a main axis between a top face located at an upper part of the body and a bottom face located at a lower part of the body, the top face including a group of entrance openings arranged in an entrance matrix in a plane transverse to the main axis at the level of the top face, the entrance openings each being arranged to receive a dose of medicines of the array, the body comprising a bundle of channels for passing doses of medicines therethrough, each channel extending along the body from a single entrance opening of the group of entrance openings to a single exit opening of a group of exit openings arranged in an exit matrix in a plane transverse to the main axis of the body at the level of the bottom face, at least one of the channels extending along the body with a component transverse to the main axis of the body so as to transpose the array of doses of medicines from a first spatial configuration corresponding to the entrance matrix to a second spatial configuration corresponding to the exit matrix.
