Aseptic filler for flowable products
An aseptic filler apparatus (30) includes an actuatable fitment plug assembly (500) that may be placed against the bottom of a fitment collar, which is in communication with a flexible bag to be filled with flowable food products, thereby to prevent steam or other gasses or liquids from entering the fill bag when undesirable to do so. The plug assembly (500) includes a plug (502) mounted on a distal end portion of a pivot arm (504). The opposite end of the pivot arm is rotatably axled on a cross pin. A linear actuator (518) is connected to the distal end of a lug (512) projecting transversely from the pivot arm. The opposite end of the linear actuator (518) is pinned to a stationary location, enabling the actuator to pivot the plug (502) from an engaged position against the fitment collar and a retracted position away from the fitment collar.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TRANSPORTING BAGS
A device for transporting and filling bags, preferably open bags, comprising a filling device, which is rotatable about an axis of rotation, having multiple filling openings distributed over the circumference of the filling device, and comprising a feeder, using which an empty bag can be fed to a filling opening, wherein the feeder comprises at least one holding unit for a bag, which is movable normally to the axis of rotation of the filling device, wherein the holding unit has two separate holders, wherein the holders are each movable forward and backward along the same open trajectory, wherein the first holder is mounted so it is movable on the filling device, while the second holder is mounted so it is movable on a spatially-fixed guide.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FASCINES
A device and a method for producing fascines in particular straw-fiber fascines, coconut-fiber fascines, wood-fiber fascines, and hemp-fiber fascines are provided. The device comprises a plurality of conveyor screws for conveying fibrous material such as straw fibers, coconut fibers, wood fibers, or hemp fibers, in a tubular element for filling the fibrous material into a tubular net. Moreover, the device comprises a distributor box. The distributor box has an interior space having an infeed opening for infeeding the fibrous material, and one or a plurality of base-side openings. The base-side openings herein serve for in-feeding fibrous material from the distributor box to the conveyor screws.
Zero vent pouch filler
Example embodiments relate to a system for filling a stand-up pouch. The system includes a pouch fill injector having a pouch fill spout, a seal jaw assembly having a first jaw and second jaw with receiving areas to interface with the pouch fill tube, and a pouch opening device to open an end of a pouch. Unlike prior art systems, the system of example embodiments does not require a vacuum assist to fill a stand-up pouch.

CONVEYING MECHANISM FOR PACKAGING MACHINERY AND PACKAGING MACHINERY
A conveying mechanism for packaging machinery includes a rotation base, a station assembly, and an expansion-retraction driving mechanism. The station assembly is connected to the rotation base and rotates along with the rotation base. The station assembly includes multiple station units for arranging a packaging container, and the expansion-retraction driving mechanism drives the at least two station units to move, to make the station assembly switch between an expanded posture and a retracted posture. With the conveying mechanism for the packaging machinery and the packaging machinery according to the present application, multiple packaging containers can be processed for packaging production at the same time, thereby effectively enhancing the efficiency of the packaging process, reducing a radius of gyration by switching the posture of the station assembly during circulation of the station assembly, improving structural compactness, reducing the occupied volume.
Packaging machine and method for filling bags
A packaging machine and method for filling bags with a supporting structure to which at least one filling box is fastened which includes a conveyor element and to which a weighing device and a filling spout are assigned. A control device is provided. The filling box is retained non-communicating with the supporting structure and the assigned filling box and is weighed separately by the assigned weighing device to discharge from the filling box a predefined quantity of intended fill product by way of differential weighing and to fill it into the bag through the filling spout. The control device controls the strength of a volume flow into the bag over the time of the filling process so that the intended fill product is maintained at a high fill height while overflow is simultaneously prevented.
