Device and Method for Shaping Closed Packages
A device for shaping closed packages is depicted and described, including: a base plate for supporting the bottom or the gable of the packages, at least two support elements for supporting the side surfaces or the front surface and the rear surface of the packages and at least two sliding elements for shaping the side surfaces or the front surface and the rear surface of the packages wherein the support elements and the sliding elements include at least one shaped surface on their side assigned to the package. In order to also enable a precise shaping of the packages even in the case of closed packages with complex geometry, it is proposed for at least one of the shaped surfaces to be curved at least in sections. A method for shaping closed packages is also depicted and described.
AN IMPROVED PACKAGING MACHINE
An improved packaging machine, comprising: a rest surface (2) for supporting one or more blanks (B) intended to form a quadrangular packaging (C); containing means (3), structured for containing a plurality of blanks (B) destined to form the packaging; handier means (4), structured so as to pick up the blanks (B) from the containing means (3) and to arrange them on the rest surface (2). folder means (5), structured so as to fold the blanks (B) in such a way as to form the packaging; a store (31,32,33,34) for each side of the packaging (C); a handier (41,42,43,44) for each side of the packaging (C).
APPARATUS AND PROCESS FOR VACUUM SKIN PACKAGING OF A PRODUCT AND A VACUUM SKIN PACKAGE
A process and apparatus can be used to vacuum skin package a product arranged on a support comprising providing a film portion above said support with the product being arranged between the support and the film portion; air tightly fixing the film portion to the support; removing at least a portion of air from a volume underneath said film portion through said at one nozzle inserted in an interspace between the film portion and the support.
Packing foam positioning device
A packing foam positioning jig for assembling a piece of packing foam to a workpiece includes a suction tube. The suction tube includes a rod body and a positioning seat. The rod body is coupled to the positioning seat. The rod body defines a suction channel. The positioning seat defines at least one suction hole. The at least one suction hole communicates with the suction channel. The positioning seat includes at least one positioning post protruded from an outer surface of the positioning seat. The piece of packing foam is sleeved on the at least one positioning post. The at least one suction hole suctions the piece of packing foam. The at least one positioning post and the at least one suction hole cooperate to assemble the piece of packing foam to the workpiece.
UNIT AND METHOD FOR PLACING OBJECTS IN BOXES
A unit for boxing packaged food products including a rotary element with at least one first seat for receiving a blank; a first transfer station for transferring the blank from a magazine for feeding blanks to a folding mould; a folding station for opening up, at least partly, the blank; a second transfer station for transferring the blank folded open from mould to the first receiving seat; an insertion station for inserting the packaged food products inside the blank folded open positioned on the first receiving seat; a closing station for closing the blank folded open, positioned on the second receiving seat and containing the packaged food products.
