A device for transporting and filling bags, preferably open bags, comprising a filling device, which is rotatable about an axis of rotation, having multiple filling openings distributed over the circumference of the filling device, and comprising a feeder, using which an empty bag can be fed to a filling opening, wherein the feeder comprises at least one holding unit for a bag, which is movable normally to the axis of rotation of the filling device, wherein the holding unit has two separate holders, wherein the holders are each movable forward and backward along the same open trajectory, wherein the first holder is mounted so it is movable on the filling device, while the second holder is mounted so it is movable on a spatially-fixed guide.

Material bag
A material bag includes a bag body and a sleeve on the bag body. A periphery of an opening of the sleeve is provided with a plurality of flexible tabs. An interval is defined between every two of the tabs. The tabs are separated from each other by the interval and connected to the periphery of the opening of the sleeve, so they can be independently flipped to form force-bearing faces to be clamped by a clamping device. When the folded material bag is used for powder/particle material packaging, the clamping device will act on the tabs for clamping the sleeve of the material bag. The clamping device can complete the transfer of the material bag and the connection between the sleeve of the material bag and a filling cylinder.

An apparatus (1) for the packaging of products in pre-made containers (100, 101) that comprises a receiving station (2) for containers and at least two workstations (3, 4) each on one side of that receiving station; the apparatus comprising container transfer means (5) that are equipped with at least two holding groups (6, 7) prepared to hold containers in a suspended way and that can move between at least two positions, one that coincides with the container receiving station (2) and the other that coincides with one of the two workstations (3 or 4), such that the transfer means are able to serve the pre-made containers received in that receiving station to one side and to the other side of the receiving station, and to corresponding workstations, in an alternating way.

A print and inspection apparatus for use with a pouch filling and sealing machine. The apparatus has a platform with a vertical height adjustment. A print module and an inspection module are mounted to carriages which are adjustably movable along a horizontal “X” axis and adjustable along a horizontal “Z” axis. A path for the pouches is formed by a guide rail and back rail. The apparatus permits printing of information on a pouch and inspection of the pouch.

The automated kitchen system further comprises one or more cooking systems, where each cooking system comprises: a cooking apparatus comprising a cooking container and a stirring mechanism; an unloading apparatus to unload food ingredients; a transfer apparatus to move an ingredient container from the cyclic transfer apparatus to a position at the unloading mechanism.

The present application discloses an automated kitchen system comprising: a plurality of ingredient containers and caps; a storage apparatus; a first transfer apparatus configured to move capped containers in the storage apparatus to a location at a cap opening apparatus as to remove the cap from the ingredient container; a cyclic transfer apparatus; a second transfer apparatus configured to move an uncapped ingredient container to the cyclic transfer apparatus. Bag processor
A transfer device of a bag processor includes a rail member which defines a transfer route and a plurality of movable gripper pairs. At various processing stations on the transfer route, time for executing a particular process may differ. The number of bags processed at each processing station and transfer states of the bags is controlled to ensure that a number of processed bags is equal. Bags on which first process has been executed are stocked on an upstream side of the second processing station.
