FILLING BOX AND METHOD FOR FILLING PACKAGES
A packaging system for filling bulk materials into packages, including a filling unit with a filling box, and a filling box for a filling unit of a packaging machine for filling bulk materials into packages, including an upwardly opened takeup space for a package, wherein the takeup space is laterally enclosed by side walls. A partial vacuum device is provided, which is disposed in a corner portion between the side walls. The method for filling packages provides for a package to be guided to the takeup space of such a filling box of a filling unit of a packaging system. The partial vacuum device is then activated for aspirating a flexible wall of a package into the corner portion between the side walls of the takeup space of the filling box.
PACKAGING APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR FORMING FILLED CONES
The technology described herein generally relates to an automated packaging apparatus and system that packages loose particles into a conical container as well as the final packed containers. More specifically, loose plant matter, such as crumbled dried leaves, are supplied to successive paper cones. The apparatus provides a system for reliably and accurately depositing or injecting a fluid into a cone packed with loose particulate.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MONITORING AND CONTROLLING THE ASEPTIC FILLING AND SEALING OF PHARMACEUTICAL CONTAINERS WITH A PHARMACEUTICAL FLUID USING ROTARY STAGE
The system of the invention involves a gloveless aseptic processing system. The automated system is for filling nested pharmaceutical containers with a pharmaceutical fluid substance. A closed sterilizable gloveless isolator chamber is capable of maintaining an aseptic condition, having a sterilization system. The container filling system has a dispensing head for filling the containers, and a container closing system disposed within the gloveless isolator chamber with rams for pushing closures into openings of the nested containers. The container manipulation mechanism is disposed within the gloveless isolator chamber and is capable of positioning the nested pharmaceutical containers within the gloveless isolator chamber including operably disposing the nested pharmaceutical containers with the container filling system and the container closing system. Container tubs sealed by removable covers and contain a container nest bearing a plurality of pre-sterilized pharmaceutical containers.

METHOD OF PRODUCING HYDROGEN WATER
A process of producing hydrogen water includes the steps of: providing a source of spring water; cooling the water to a temperature of from 33 to 38 degrees F.; providing a source of hydrogen gas; contacting the cooled water with the hydrogen gas in a venturi injector forming micro-sized hydrogen bubbles in the water and diffusing hydrogen gas into the cooled water; recirculating the water through the venturi injector until a predetermined hydrogen content in the water is realized forming hydrogen water having a hydrogen content of from 3 to 10 parts per million.
Device and method for transporting bags
A device for transporting and filling bags, preferably open bags, comprising a filling device, which is rotatable about an axis of rotation, having multiple filling openings distributed over the circumference of the filling device, and comprising a feeder, using which an empty bag can be fed to a filling opening, wherein the feeder comprises at least one holding unit for a bag, which is movable normally to the axis of rotation of the filling device, wherein the holding unit has two separate holders, wherein the holders are each movable forward and backward along the same open trajectory, wherein the first holder is mounted so it is movable on the filling device, while the second holder is mounted so it is movable on a spatially-fixed guide.

HIGH SPEED POUCHER
An apparatus and methods for producing at extremely high production speeds small pouches filled with tobacco or other granular, powdered or solid content is provided. An endless web substrate, with or without flavor film thereon, is formed into a tubular shape with a longitudinal seam. The tube is cut to individual lengths, and a procession of tubes is crimp-closed at one end, filled and crimp-closed at the other end to complete pouch production. During production, the seams formed at the crimped ends of the pouch are parallel to one another and the longitudinal seam of the pouch is midway between the sides of the pouch and orthogonal to the seams formed at the crimped ends of the pouch.
