A vacuum sealer, comprising an upper casing with a first vacuum contact surface, and a lower casing with a second vacuum contact surface, one side of the upper casing and one side of the lower casing are hinged together, wherein a projecting handle is provided at another side of the upper casing, a mount pad and a rotation shaft in contact with the handle are provided on the upper casing, the rotation shaft is installed rotatably on the mount pad via at least one positioning pad, the rotation shaft is connected with at least one guiding wheel, at least one projecting guiding block and at least one sliding chute are provided at another side of the at least one guiding wheel, the at least one sliding chute is provided in the at least one guiding wheel, one side of at least one locking hook is hinged on the at least one positioning pad, at least one positioning slot is provided in an intermediate portion of the at least one locking hook, at least one guiding block is inserted in the positioning groove, a first guiding shaft is provided on another side of the at least one locking hook, the first guiding shaft is plugged in the at least one sliding chute, at least one positioning hole is provided in the lower casing, when pressing the handle downward, the at least one guiding wheel and the at least one locking hook are driven to rotate so that a hook of the at least one locking hook is inserted into the at least one positioning hole and lock the upper casing and the lower casing together.
A Crimping Device for Safely Disposing a Continuous Liner Bag Containing Toxic Material
Implemented is a crimping device for safely disposing a continuous liner bag containing toxic material. The crimping device includes a female lobe, a male lobe, and two sleeves in which one is connectable with a semi-circular opening of the male lobe and the other is connectable with a semi-circular opening of the female lobe. The crimping device further includes cap movably connected with the male lobe and the female lobe. Furthermore, each of the sleeves is provided with matching ribs and serration in its interior. The female lobe and the male lobe are connected by engaging a hinge with twin hinges. Moreover, an underside of the cap body is stepped in construction to accommodate a blade, when assembled.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MAKING TAMPER-RESISTANT CONTAINERS
A method for making a tamper-resistant container, comprising depositing a first adhesive on a container, wherein the container includes a closed lower portion, a middle portion adapted for storing contents, and a closeable upper portion, wherein the first adhesive is deposited at a predetermined location on an exterior surface of a first panel of the container; folding the closeable upper portion a first time; and subsequent to folding the closeable upper portion the first time, folding the closeable upper portion at least a second time such that the first adhesive contacts a second panel of the container, thereby securely sealing the container in a tamper-resistant manner.
