A computer server includes processor and memory hardware. The processor hardware executes instructions including parsing a hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) request from a first user agent to identify a first data object matching a set of characteristics and generating a new data element based on the HTTP request. The instructions include, in response to the first data object being present: extracting a first set of serialized data elements and serializing them with the new data element to generate a second data object. The instructions include, in response to the first data object being absent and a user associated with the first user agent being identifiable: determining a second set of serialized data elements based on an identity of the user, and serializing them with the new data element to generate the second data object. The instructions include transmitting an HTTP response including the second data object.

A coupling method for coupling a component of a container to the container is presented. The method includes: arranging a coupling unit including a coupling assembly with a frame, a gripping device for the component, a coupling device for constraining the component to the container; arranging the container and the component at least partially within the container, providing at least a minimum spacing between a bottom of the component and a base of the container; moving and activating the gripping device at a removal position of the component; moving the retaining element and the coupling element to a coupling position; deactivating the retaining element, thus deactivating a constraint between the gripping element and the component; and activating said coupling element to produce a stable coupling between the couplable portion of the component and the container, deactivating and moving the coupling element.

The invention relates to a welding method for material webs which each consists of a multilayer composite having a barrier layer and are connected to each other via a sealing seam. In order to provide a welding method by means of which sealing seams can be produced which, on the one hand, meet the highest demands on strength and, on the other hand, prevent light, in particular UV light, from penetrating into the product to be packaged, according to the invention, the sealing seems are produced by leading two sealing surfaces of two tools together, wherein the material webs are arranged between the sealing surfaces and the sealing seam is produced having two seams lying beside each other, a main seam and a secondary seam and, during the production of the main seam, the two sealing surfaces exert a main welding pressure on the material webs and, during the production of the secondary seam, the two sealing surfaces exert a secondary welding pressure on the material webs, wherein the secondary welding pressure is lower than the main welding pressure, at least in some sections, and, in the secondary processing step, at least one of the two sealing surfaces is structured.

The second horn includes a second part-interfacing surface and is positioned relative to the first horn such that a part to be welded can be positioned between the first and second part-interface surfaces. The controller is configured to cause a first ultrasonic energy to be applied through the first horn via the first transducer to cause the first part-interfacing surface to vibrate, cause the first horn to move in a first direction at a first time, cause a second ultrasonic energy to be applied through the second horn via the second transducer to cause the second part-interfacing surface to vibrate, and cause the second horn to move in a second direction at the first time.

A method for manufacture and filling with a sterile liquid of a tubular packaging includes: providing a container with liquid therein, providing a tube, filling the tube with the liquid from the container, dividing the tube into tubular segments by successive welding operations, and separating the tubular segments at the welded seams. After each welding operation the tube is displaced over a distance corresponding to a desired length of the tubular segments, or multiple thereof. During each welding operation pressure can be exerted locally on and energy can be supplied to the tube. Exertion of pressure and the supply of energy can be staggered in time. During each welding operation a temperature at the welded seam can be kept constant. During each welding operation a welding parameter can be measured, and the welding operation can be controlled on the basis of the measured value of the welding parameter.

[Overcoming Means] In the packaging method used in a bag-feeding and packaging apparatus P in accordance with the present invention, packaging processes are performed while a packaging bag F is intermittently moved to packaging stations 1 to 9 together with a mover 32, so that an article is packaged, and the packaging stations 1 to 9 include an article (a fluid) filling station 5 where an article filling process of filling the packaging bag with the article is performed. In the article filling station 5, a bag mouth of the packaging bag F is closed before movement to a subsequent packaging station (a steam deaeration/seal part preheating station) 6 after the article filling process has been performed.

The present invention provides a method for producing a freshness-keeping bag formed of a film, wherein the freshness-keeping bag has a band-shaped joining region in which two ends of the film are overlapped and joined together, the joining region comprising a plurality of joined parts in which the two ends of the film are joined together, and a non-joined part which is located between adjacent ones of the joined parts and in which the overlapped ends of the film are not joined together, the non-joined part composing a non-linear ventilation passage communicating between an internal space of the bag and the outside of the bag, the method comprising the step of forming the joined parts by ultrasonic welding, wherein the step of forming the joined parts includes continuously forming the joined parts in the film, while rotating a disk-shaped ultrasonic welding anvil with respect to the film, wherein the ultrasonic welding anvil has a plurality of protrusions formed on an outer periphery thereof continuously at given intervals and correspondingly to the configuration of the joined parts of the bag.

The present invention relates to a machine (1) for filling bags (100) with a granular product comprising a filling station (2), a welding station (4), and a cooling station (6). The machine comprises a supporting device (8) for supporting the bags (100) below the stations (2, 4, 6). The device (8) comprises a supporting surface (10) assembled in a pivoting manner on a pivot shaft (12), and actuating means (14). The supporting surface (10) has a first supporting segment (16) for supporting the bags of the filling and welding stations (2, 4) on one side of the pivot shaft (12) and a second segment (18) for supporting the bag (100) of the cooling station (6) on the opposite side of said pivot shaft (12). The supporting surface (10) can pivot in an alternating manner around said pivot shaft (12) for moving the base of the bag (100) which, in operation, is located in the filling station (2) during filling. The invention also relates to a filling method.
