SYSTEM FOR HANDLING THE STERILISATION OF FLEXIBLE POUCHES
A system of managing the sterilisation of empty flexible pouches (1) provides applying sacrificial closures (200) to the empty pouches, loading the empty provisional closed pouches to be sterilised on a transport device (300) for the collective transportation, performing the sterilisation of the transport device (300) carrying the empty provisional closed pouches, and finally separating, in a sterile chamber, the sacrificial closures (200) from the pouches, filling and applying a tamper-proof cap (100).
Device for external sterilisation of plastic parisons
A device for sterilizing plastic containers includes a transport device for transporting the containers during the sterilization along a predefined transport path, a clean room within which the containers can be transported during sterilization, wherein the clean room is delimited by at least one wall with respect to the environment, and a first external application device for sterilizing at least a section of the outer wall of the containers. The first external application device has a source of charge carriers for generation of charge carriers, and includes a first moving device which moves the containers at least intermittently in the longitudinal direction during their sterilization. The device also includes a rotary device which rotates the containers about their longitudinal direction at least intermittently during the sterilization, wherein the rotary device and the moving device are preferably configured in such a way that a rotation of the containers is enabled during a movement of the containers in their longitudinal direction.
READY TO USE CATHETER ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF MAKING A READY TO USE CATHETER ASSEMBLY
A ready to use catheter assembly comprises a catheter package with an opening, a catheter with a shaft arranged in the catheter package so a distal end of the catheter lies in the region of the opening, and a protective sleeve which partly covers the catheter shaft, a first end of the protective sleeve fixed to the distal end of the catheter. A method for producing a ready to use catheter assembly and a ready to use catheter assembly which further reduces the risk of an accidental contamination of a catheter when pulling it out of the catheter package prior to the insertion into the urethra of a user are provided. The opening has a defined maximum opening length, a second end of the protective sleeve is releasably connected which the catheter package near the maximum opening length of the opening and the protective sleeve is in a retracted state.
