AIR CANNING METHOD AND APPARATUS
A method is disclosed for air canning food in an oven cavity (12), where air, not water, is the cooking medium. Using a dedicated air canning algorithm, a temperature of the oven cavity (12) is adjusted in a plurality of temperature and/or time regulated canning stages. An initial pre-heat stage targets a preheat temperature and can maintain the preheat temperature for a predetermined period of time to achieve container (12) sterilization. A subsequent post-heat (canning) stage maintains the cavity at a postheat (canning) temperature to effectively can food. A specialized air canning rack (100) permits the hot, circulating air to freely access substantially the entire periphery of the canning containers (12) during the air canning process.
Infectious waste treatment system
A method and apparatus for infectious waste treatment. First, the infectious waste may be shredded into a mixture of liquid and shredded solid waste, then the mixture may be poured into a plurality of perforated bags. The liquid waste drips from the perforated bags onto a preheating subsystem and the solid waste remains in the perforated bags. The preheating subsystem heats up the liquid waste to a pre-disinfection temperature. Finally, steam may be utilized to heat up the liquid waste and the solid waste to a disinfecting temperature.

SYRINGE RETAINING MEMBER, SYRINGE PACKAGE BODY, AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLY OF SYRINGE PACKAGE BODY
A syringe holding member includes: a base plate portion formed in a substantially rectangular flat plate shape including a longitudinal side and a lateral side; a plurality of holding tube portions into which syringes are insertable, wherein the holding tube portions protrude from an upper surface of the base plate portion and define cylindrical holes that penetrate the base plate portion; and a plurality of reinforcement ribs that protrude from the upper surface of the base plate portion and connect the plurality of holding tube portions to one another. Two or more of the reinforcement ribs extend between a predetermined pair of holding tube portions among the plurality of holding tube portions.

CONTENT-FILLING SYSTEM AND STERILIZING METHOD
A content-filling system (10) includes a water sterilization line (50) that sterilizes water, an undiluted-solution sterilization line (70) that sterilizes a product undiluted solution, a water-filling device (21) that is connected to the water sterilization line (50) and is disposed in a first sterile chamber (70f), an undiluted-solution-filling device (22) that is connected to the undiluted-solution sterilization line (70) and is disposed in a second sterile chamber (70h), and a control unit (90) that controls the water-filling device (21) and the undiluted-solution-filling device (22). The control unit (90) causes the inside of the second sterile chamber (70h) to be cleaned with the inside of the first sterile chamber (70f) kept sterile. Magnetron control system and associated methodology
A process is disclosed for controlling a plurality of magnetrons of a thermal processing tunnel in accordance with a preconfigured magnetron actuation scheme. In some implementations, the process can include the steps of: receiving an identifier indicating a predefined packaged food product configuration; based on the identifier, obtaining a preconfigured magnetron actuation scheme that is preconfigured based on at least one characteristic of the predefined packaged food product configuration, wherein the preconfigured magnetron actuation scheme is preconfigured to cause at least one of the plurality of magnetrons to have a different execution characteristic than at least one other magnetron of the plurality of magnetrons; and transmitting at least one instruction in accordance with the preconfigured magnetron actuation scheme to a signal controller that drives the plurality of magnetrons, thereby causing the plurality of magnetrons to execute in accordance with the preconfigured magnetron actuation scheme.
