The disclosure further relates to a method for operating a device for shredding strip-shaped material. Under the method, at least one blade holder mounted to be rotatable in a first direction of rotation, as well as in a second direction of rotation, is employed by the device.
TRIPLE CENTER SEALING DEVICE IN PILLOW PACKAGING MACHINE
The present invention relates to a triple center sealing device in a pillow packaging machine. To this end, the present invention comprises: a plurality of film supply rollers (110) which are provided on one side of a pillow packaging machine (100), and unwind a roll film (P) to supply the same to one side; a guide former (120) which is provided in the pillow packaging machine (100) and functions to tightly roll and wrap the film (P), being conveyed to the one side in an unwound state by the film supply rollers (110), so as to fit the size of a product; a sealing section pleating unit (150) which is provided at the front of the pillow packaging machine (100), and operates by being driven by a driving unit (160) so as to allow a sealing section of the film to be automatically overlapped in a multiple Z-shape, thereby enabling a packaging process to be performed without defects; and a cutting roller (140) which is provided on the other side of the pillow packaging machine (100), and cuts and seals packaging paper that is discharged. According to the present invention having the configuration described above, a center sealing section of the film is bonded after being overlapped three times (double layers×3), and thus the packaging can be performed without defects. Accordingly, the quality and reliability of the sealing device can be significantly improved, and thus various desires (needs) of manufacturers can be satisfied to make a good impression.
TRIPLE CENTER SEALING DEVICE IN PILLOW PACKAGING MACHINE
The present invention relates to a triple center sealing device in a pillow packaging machine. To this end, the present invention comprises: a plurality of film supply rollers (110) which are provided on one side of a pillow packaging machine (100), and unwind a roll film (P) to supply the same to one side; a guide former (120) which is provided in the pillow packaging machine (100) and functions to tightly roll and wrap the film (P), being conveyed to the one side in an unwound state by the film supply rollers (110), so as to fit the size of a product; a sealing section pleating unit (150) which is provided at the front of the pillow packaging machine (100), and operates by being driven by a driving unit (160) so as to allow a sealing section of the film to be automatically overlapped in a multiple Z-shape, thereby enabling a packaging process to be performed without defects; and a cutting roller (140) which is provided on the other side of the pillow packaging machine (100), and cuts and seals packaging paper that is discharged. According to the present invention having the configuration described above, a center sealing section of the film is bonded after being overlapped three times (double layers×3), and thus the packaging can be performed without defects. Accordingly, the quality and reliability of the sealing device can be significantly improved, and thus various desires (needs) of manufacturers can be satisfied to make a good impression.
Patterned cut pouch forming machine, and method
Apparatus for forming product containing pouches from a travelling web of adhered films includes a film support surface, including a plurality of mold configurations, and a film retention chamber in the film support surface preceding and trailing each of the mold configurations. A vacuum system applies vacuum to the mold configurations and film retention chambers to form product containing pockets and to secure the film in the film retention chambers. Separation blades in synchronous register with the mold configurations separate the pouches from the travelling web. In one form the film support surface comprises a rotary forming drum and a rotary blade drum includes the separation blades.

Apparatus for forming product containing pouches from a travelling web of adhered films includes a film support surface, including a plurality of mold configurations, and a film retention chamber in the film support surface preceding and trailing each of the mold configurations. A vacuum system applies vacuum to the mold configurations and film retention chambers to form product containing pockets and to secure the film in the film retention chambers. Separation blades in synchronous register with the mold configurations separate the pouches from the travelling web. In one form the film support surface comprises a rotary forming drum and a rotary blade drum includes the separation blades.
Package, apparatus and process of manufacturing such a package
A package includes a support and a closing film. The support has a supporting portion that receives a product, a perimetral edge surrounding the supporting portion, a gripping portion extending away from the opposite side of the supporting portion, a removable portion extending from the supporting portion. The closing film engages a portion of the perimetral edge and, with the support, defines a housing compartment for the product. The closing film comprises a first film portion engaged with the removable portion and a second film portion engaged with the gripping portion. When the package is opened, the removable portion at least partly separates from the support together with the first film portion and the second film portion remains engaged with the gripping portion of the support.
Package, apparatus and process of manufacturing such a package
A package includes a support and a closing film. The support has a supporting portion that receives a product, a perimetral edge surrounding the supporting portion, a gripping portion extending away from the opposite side of the supporting portion, a removable portion extending from the supporting portion. The closing film engages a portion of the perimetral edge and, with the support, defines a housing compartment for the product. The closing film comprises a first film portion engaged with the removable portion and a second film portion engaged with the gripping portion. When the package is opened, the removable portion at least partly separates from the support together with the first film portion and the second film portion remains engaged with the gripping portion of the support.
