BAG RETAINING FIXTURE
Described is a cabinet for holding paper bags at a bagging station in a retail store, and a bag retaining fixture mounted inside the cabinet. The cabinet holds a stack of paper bags, and the bag retaining fixture secures the stack of paper bags inside the cabinet. The cabinet housing can be mounted to or near the bagging station. The bag retaining fixture is coupled to an inner surface of the cabinet. The bag retaining fixture includes a plate and an elongate wire coupled to the plate. The elongate wire puts pressure on the stack of paper bags to hold them in place as individual paper bags are removed for filling. The cabinet for holding paper bags and the bag retaining fixture keep the stack of paper bags from being scattered as the paper bags are stored and dispensed.
BAG RETAINING FIXTURE
Described is a bagging station that uses a bag retaining fixture. The bag retaining fixture holds paper bags open at the bagging station so the paper bags can be filled without the bag moving or falling off the bagging station. The bag retaining fixture includes a plate and an elongate rod. The plate is coupled to the bagging station. The elongate rod is coupled to the plate such that the elongate rod captures a side of a paper bag between the elongate rod and a side wall of the bagging station. The bagging station can have a number of bag retaining fixtures coupled to it, so that a number of paper bags can be held open at a time, and filled with purchased items.
Collapsible refuse bag support stand
A collapsible refuse bag support stand for holding upright a refuse bag, which is not attached to a push lawnmower, by including a hollow collapsible parallelepiped frame having parallelepiped upper and lower frame portions and a leg perpendicularly disposed thereto on an interior side of the frame there between. A hanger bar is disposed between the legs on the rear and front sides on the internal side. A pair of diametrically-disposed locking hinge bars is also provided for frame collapsibility. Bag clips are securable to each of the hanger bars to attach the refuse bag thereto. A pivot bolt is disposed through a frame exterior side at each corner of each of the upper and lower frame portions and an outer end of the respective hanger bar. A storage clip is engageable to an attachment pin when the parallelepiped frame is collapsed to secure the upper and lower frame portions together.

The shopping cart bagging station includes a center piece, a first and a second handle arm assembly, and a shopping cart coupler assembly. The first and the second handle arm assembly each include a handle holder arm that holds the arms of one or more shopping bag. The first and the second handle arm assemblies slidingly insert into a hollow body of the center piece and are adjustably coupled to the center piece. The shopping cart coupler assembly couples the bagging station to a shopping cart. The shopping cart bagging station can be mounted in various locations on a shopping cart, making it easy and convenient for a customer to carry and load a number of shopping bags as they shop.

Disclosed is a shopping cart bagging station that couples to a shopping cart. The shopping cart bagging station includes a center piece, a first and a second handle arm assembly, and a back plate. The first and the second handle arm assembly each include a handle holder arm that an arm of the shopping bag hangs from. The back plate couples the bagging station to a shopping cart by securing a side of the shopping cart between the back plate and the center piece. The shopping cart bagging station can be mounted in various locations on a shopping cart, making it easy and convenient for a customer to carry and load a number of shopping bags as they shop.

A bag dispenser system for use with reusable bags of the self-opening or non self-opening conventional variety in which a bag dispenser includes a base constructed to mount the bag dispenser system to a support surface and an enlarged profile retainer constructed to retain a plurality of stacked bags with the bags having aligned handle apertures for inserting over the retainer to rest upon the base, and further constructed to release an outwardly facing handle of a single bag while retaining an rearmost handle of the same bag with the bag assuming an open loading configuration wherein items may be loaded into the bag and the bag removed from the bag dispenser by grasping the outermost handle and withdrawing the bag from the bag dispenser in a forward motion without any lifting to completely withdraw a single bag from the stack of bags.
Bagging station support frame and method of forming the same
Disclosed is a bagging station support frame that includes a bagging station holder and a rail coupler coupled to the bagging station holder. The bagging station holder holds a bagging station. A bagging station holds a plurality of shopping bags ready to receive products purchased by a customer. The rail coupler couples the bagging station support frame to a rail. Rails are common fixtures throughout retail stores. The bagging station support frame can be coupled to a rail at various locations throughout the retail store. A bagging station coupled to the bagging station support frame will be available for customers to bag their purchases wherever the bagging station support frame with bagging station is mounted. By mounting bagging station support frames with bagging stations throughout the retail store, customers can easily bag their purchases as they shop, without having to find a checkout counter to obtain shopping bags.
Expandable adapter for a free-standing bag
Disclosed herein are adapters for use with ordinary lawn and leaf bags. In one example, a foldable, expandable, and reusable adapter is provided. The adapter includes a rectangular base unit that is designed to receive four connector pieces. The four connector pieces are made of a rigid material and may include respective vertical and horizontal creases that allow them to be folded. As such, once assembled, the adapter may be folded for storage and later expanded for use. In use, the adapter is inserted into a lawn or leaf bag and provides a larger opening for the bag as well as prevents the mouth of the bag from closing.

The shopping cart bagging station is constructed by separating elements along the perforated lines, and then fitting the shopping cart bagging station elements together to form the shopping cart bagging station. The shopping cart bagging station elements fit together with slot joints formed by connecting slots in the elements. The customer can separate the shopping cart bagging station elements and construct the shopping cart bagging station themselves.
