Bag holder apparatus
The apparatus is for use with a refuse container, a refuse bag and a plurality of clips. The container is of the type having a mouth which presents vertically upwardly in use and a rim which defines the entry to the mouth. The bag is of the type having an end portion which defines a mouth of the bag. The apparatus comprises a frame and securement apparatus. The frame, in use, is disposed at an operative position relative to the container and is engaged by the clips to suspend the bag interiorly of the container such that the mouth of the bag is open, presents upwardly and is disposed adjacent the rim of the container. The securement apparatus, in use, holds the frame at the operative position.
TRASH HANDLER DEVICE AND METHOD
A trash handler device is disclosed herein. The trash handler device functions to hold a flexible bag in an open position, The device includes a support hoop configured to support the flexible bag in the open position, an elongated arm joined with such support hoop, a handgrip configured to assist manual gripping of such elongated arm, an arm cuff configured to supportively engage a user's arm during use, and a bag attacher configured to removably attach the flexible bag to the support hoop.
Bag hook for a hinged tote
A clip-on bag hook for a hinged tote is provided. The bag hook includes a support portion, a hoop extending from a first end of the support portion and a hook extending from a second end of the support portion. A rib also extends from the second end of the support portion. A plurality of bag hooks can be clipped onto the hinge components of the tote. The bag hooks are preferably formed from an extruded plastic bar.

A bag bundle including bundled umbrella bags each capable of accommodating an umbrella in a bag structure, includes a sheet-like first bag portion, a sheet-like second bag portion that is opposed to the first bag portion and constitutes the bag structure; a sheet-like extension that is extended further upward from a top end of the second bag portion; and an engagement portion that is located on the extension and capable of vertical engagement with the umbrella K. This provides an umbrella bag bundle applicable to various umbrellas without increasing the length of the entire umbrella bag bundle.
Magnetic pouch clamp assembly and related methods
A magnetic pouch clamp assembly includes a first and second clamping arms and a magnet assembly. The first clamping arms have respective, opposed first and second clamping surfaces. The second clamp arm is slidably connected to the first clamping arm such that the first and second clamping arms are movable between open and closed positions, with the first and second clamping surfaces being engaged in the closed position. The magnet assembly includes a first magnet having a first polarity carried by the first clamping arm and a second magnet having a second polarity carried by the second clamping arm, the first and second polarities being oriented such that a closing attractive force therebetween holds the first and second clamping surfaces in the closed position. A third magnet can be used to hold the clamping surfaces in the open position or to enhance closing forces.
Sandbagging attachment to a tiltable dolly
A sandbagging attachment to a tiltable dolly for filling bags with scoopable materials such as sand without use of shovels and for subsequent transportation of the filled bags to the destination by using the same dolly. The attachment contains a connection member for connecting the attachment to the dolly and a scoop with a through passage for a material to be scooped. The connection member rotationally supports a scoop that can be turned between a scooping position for filling a bag and a transportation position, at which the filled bag can be transported by the dolly to the destination. The attachment eliminates a need for a special sandbagging equipment. All aforementioned operations are accomplished without the use of manual labor, except for transporting the dolly and removing the filled bag from the dolly.
Two-arm dolly attachment
A two-arm dolly attachment is disclosed herein. The two-arm dolly attachment includes a first arm, a second arm, a first substantially straight first arm and a second substantially straight second arm. The first arm includes a width adjusting opening. The second arm includes multiple securing member openings. Each aforementioned arm is mounted through securing members which are received by butterfly nuts. The first arm mounts to the second arm. The first substantially straight arm mounts to the first arm. The second substantially straight arm mounts to the second arm. The first and second substantially straight arm mount to one another. The butterfly nuts allow the two-arm dolly attachment to assemble and dissemble for storage. There are two pairs of clasping members which are adjustable to allow the two-arm dolly attachment to attach to dollies of various sizes. The width of the two-arm dolly attachment is adjusted.

Bag retaining fixture
Described is a bagging station for use in a retail store to hold paper bags for filling with purchased products. The bagging station includes a bag retaining fixture for holding paper bags instead of hooks for holding plastic bags. The bag retaining fixture includes an elongate rod and a roller wheel. The elongate rod acts as an axle for the roller wheel. The elongate rod is coupled to a side wall of the bagging station. The elongate rod biases the roller wheel against the side wall. A side of a bag placed between the roller wheel and the side wall holds the paper bag in position on the bagging station so the bag can be filled with purchased items, then removed to be carried out of the store.
Versatile trash bag
A versatile trash bag has a mouth that is biased open to facilitate putting refuse in the bag and a plurality of handles for hanging the bag from a variety of objects. The trash bag is maintained in a wide-open configuration to facilitate a user's ability to place trash or access the contents therein. The bags also have structure to close and seal the open mouth.
