Reconfigured and upgraded component parts for a packaging labeler machine
An upgraded and reconfigured components in a labelling machine used for labelling containers and cans automatically and in continuous sequence. In this type of machine the containers or other articles roll through the machine over a substantially horizontal track where the containers receive a label with an adhesive applied to the cylindrical side of the container. Next the label is wrapped about the container and secured to the side of the container by a suitable adhesive. These machine upgrades and reconfigurations relate to machines for applying labels to articles of cylindrical form and are designed primarily for placing labels on cans as they are conveyed through the machine over runways.
Double-decker tube dispenser
Provided is a double-decker tube dispenser that is not only compact but also highly portable, can be set easily on a cart, a desk, and the like, is capable of responding immediately in case of emergency such as disaster, and enables blood sampling tubes of different types to be prepared in response to blood sampling instructions from doctors. A blood sampling tube stocker device is arranged in an overlapping manner above a printing-and-pasting device, and hence a horizontal width can be extremely reduced. With this, the double-decker tube dispenser, which is not only significantly compact but also highly portable, and applicable not only to medium and small hospitals and hospital wards for inpatients, but also, for example, to facilities specializing in blood sampling, and enables use beside a sickbed, desktop use, and use on a mobile cart and the like in a state in which the dispenser is simply mounted thereon, is provided. The double-decker tube dispenser is capable of responding immediately in case of emergency such as disaster, and hence blood sampling tubes of different types can be prepared by being dispensed reliably one by one in response to blood sampling instructions from doctors.

Device for taking samples from containers
A device for taking samples from containers includes: a receiving body for at least one container; a container bar code reader positioned in the receiving body for containers; a support for a test tube with the ability to move; a bar code reader positioned in the support; and a fluid communication component between the container and the test tube. The support for test tubes includes at least a test tube loading position and a sample-taking position. The device also includes a controller configured to control position of the support for test tube. The controller can also include at least one sensor of the position of the support for test tube and a blocking component configured to block a position of said support for test tube.
SYRINGE FILLING AND PACKAGING SYSTEM FOR HOSPITAL PHARMACIES
A semi-automated system (100) suitable for use in a hospital setting for filling patient-specific liquid medication prescriptions from bulk medicine containers (104) into oral/enteral syringes (S) for administration on a just-in-time basis. The system enables hospital pharmacists to simplify and streamline their task, increasing the number of prescriptions that can be filled in a day, improving patient safety and care by minimizing medication errors and the consequences that ensue.
