METHOD FOR PRODUCING MULTIPLE PREFORM AND SYNTHETIC RESIN CONTAINER
A method for producing a multiple preform, including a primary injection for injection molding a preform main body using a primary mold, and a secondary injection for injection molding, using a secondary mold, a covering layer that covers the preform main body such that the terminal end side of the covering layer covers the lower surface of the neck ring and reaches the peripheral edge of the neck ring. A projection strip portion is formed when the preform main body is inserted into the secondary mold to be clamped, that projects in a gap in which the covering layer is molded to be in contact with or adjacent to a lower surface of the neck ring, and that extends with a given length along an axis direction, is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the secondary molding mold, thereby forming an easy tear portion in the covering layer.
CONTAINER CLOSURE SYSTEM AND SEALING ASSEMBLIES FOR MAINTAINING SEAL INTEGRITY AT LOW STORAGE TEMPERATURES
A sealed pharmaceutical container comprises a shoulder, a neck extending from the shoulder, and a flange extending from the neck. The flange comprises an outer surface extending from the underside surface and a contact surface extending between the outer surface and an inner surface defining an opening in the sealed pharmaceutical container. The contact surface comprises an outer peripheral edge disposed proximate to the outer surface of the flange. The sealed pharmaceutical container comprises a sealing assembly comprising a stopper extending over the contact surface of the flange and covering the opening, and a cap securing the stopper to the flange. The stopper comprises a sealing surface that is secured in contact with the contact surface of the flange to form a seal between the flange and the stopper. An outer peripheral edge of the sealing surface is disposed at or radially inward of the outer peripheral edge.
ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE AND LIQUID STORAGE BOTTLE OF HAND WASH LIQUID SOAP DISPENSER
An assembly structure and a liquid storage bottle of a hand wash liquid soap dispenser are disclosed. The assembly structure of a hand wash liquid soap dispenser includes a main body casing, a liquid storage bottle, and an external snapping head snap-fitted on a bottle mouth of the liquid storage bottle. A plurality of protruded flexible snaps are arranged at intervals on an outer periphery of an upper end of the external snapping head. A recessed groove engageable with the outer periphery of the external snapping head is provided on a bottom part of the main body casing, and a plurality of first snaps corresponding to the flexible snaps are provided on an inner wall of the recessed groove. A suction nozzle extending downward from the recessed groove is disposed on one side of the recessed groove, and a recessed hole is provided on the external snapping head.
SORTATION-FRIENDLY CONTAINER AND METHOD
A container includes a floor, a side wall arranged to extend upwardly from the floor, and a filler neck coupled to an upper end of the side wall and arranged to extend upwardly from the side wall. The container is sized to be reclaimed during a recycling process.
Synthetic resin container
A synthetic resin container has an outer layer body and an inner layer body and formed by biaxial stretching blow molding. The synthetic resin container has a cylindrical mouth portion, a shoulder portion located below the mouth portion and having a diameter gradually increasing downward, a body portion being continuous with a lower end of the shoulder portion, and a bottom portion configured to close a lower end of the body portion. The mouth portion has an outside air introduction port configured to introduce outside air between the outer layer body and the inner layer body, and the shoulder portion has at least one shoulder rib forming a concave or convex shape and extending from the mouth portion side to the body portion side.
LIGHTWEIGHT PLASTIC CONTAINER AND PREFORM
A plastic container includes a hollow body portion including a lower supporting base portion; a sidewall portion extending upwardly from the base portion; and a neck portion extending upwardly from the sidewall portion. The neck portion includes a support flange having an upper and lower surface, at least one thread, and a dispensing opening at the top of the neck portion. In embodiments, a closure may be provided to form an assembly. A preform and method for making a container are also disclosed.
AERATING SYSTEMS, APPARATUSES, AND METHODS
An apparatus includes a body having a length extending from a first end to a second end. The body defines a bore extending through the entirety of the body and at least one of a plurality of grooves or holes around the bore. The body has a length that is dimensioned to be received entirely within a neck of a container.
OBJECT TO BE HELD BY A USER, COMPRISING A SHELL AND A BOTTLE
Object to be held by a user, comprising: an external structure arranged to be held by the user, a thin-walled closed bottle made of plastic comprising a body defining an internal volume and a collar,
characterized: in that the external structure is a shell in contact with at least part of the body of the bottle, and in that the shell comprises an upper collar forming an open U or C and arranged to elastically interlock on at least part of the collar of the bottle.
Closure
A package includes a container and a closure cap for mounting on the container. The closure cap is coupled to a neck of the container to block selectively removal of product stored within the container at the selection of a user.
METHOD OF HANDLING A PLASTIC CONTAINER HAVING A MOVEABLE BASE
Method for processing hot-filled plastic containers are provided. In some embodiments, the method may include hot-filling a plastic container, sealing the container, and conveying the sealed container, each with an inner annular wall and a push-up portion in a first position. In some embodiments, the method may further include creating a vacuum pressure in the hot-filled and sealed container and repositioning the push-up portion from the first position to a second position under a mechanical force.
