Container Vent, Dispenser and Holding System
A container dispenser system including a container having an orifice. A first dispenser is fitted into the orifice having at least first and second openings, the first opening is configured to allow liquid to exit the container there through and the second opening is configured to allow fluid to enter the container there through. A second dispenser is configured to connect to the first opening in a using configuration. A recess is positioned in an outer surface of the container and the second dispenser is configured to fit into the recess in a storage configuration. The recess has two end portions and a centerline defined there between. At least one portion of the recess is curved such that the centerline curves at least once between the two end portions.
Protective Bottle Enclosure
A protective bottle enclosure includes a base portion defined by a base sidewall secured to a base bottom wall and has a base opening disposed opposite the base bottom wall. An upper portion has upper sidewalls surrounding an internal cavity. The upper portion has a cylindrical body section and the neck section is narrower than the lower section. The lower section ends in a lower opening and a lower thread. The neck section narrows in diameter between the body section and a neck opening and has a neck thread. The lower section can be inserted into the base opening and can threadably engage the base side wall. A removable cap can threadably engage the neck section and includes an elastomeric stopper connected to a cylindrical sleeve. The combination of the removable cap, the upper portion, and the base portion can surround and enclose the bottle.
Protective Bottle Enclosure
A protective bottle enclosure includes a base portion defined by a base sidewall secured to a base bottom wall and having an open top. The base bottom wall has a base pad attached thereto. An upper portion is defined by an upper sidewall surrounding an internal cavity. The upper portion has a cylindrical body section with a generally constant body diameter between a lower section and a neck section. The lower section is narrower than the body section and ends in a lower opening. The neck section is narrower than the body section and ends in a neck opening. The neck section includes a tapered portion and a straight portion. The lower section can be inserted into the open top of the base portion and threadably and removably engage the base sidewall. A removable cap includes a cap sidewall. The cap sidewall can threadably and removably engage the neck section.
Protective Bottle Enclosure
A protective bottle enclosure includes a base section with a cylindrical base sidewall secured to a perimeter of a base bottom wall and an open top. The base bottom wall is disposed below the open top. A cylindrical body includes a neck section, a shoulder section, and a waist section. The neck section includes a neck sidewall and an annular lip disposed around a neck opening. The shoulder section includes a tapered shoulder sidewall. The waist section includes a waist sidewall. The body further includes a bottom opening and a first internal volume positioned within the body between the neck opening and the bottom opening. A cylindrical elastomeric insert is secured to the waist section inside the first internal volume of the body. The enclosure can surround the bottle and seal the open mouth when the base section engages the body and a cap engages the neck section.
Protective Bottle Enclosure
A protective bottle enclosure includes a base with a cylindrical base sidewall secured to a base bottom wall and an open top. The base sidewall includes at least one thread disposed thereon. The base bottom wall has a substantially planar bottom surface. A body section has a cylindrical body wall and a bottom opening. A shoulder section has a cylindrical shoulder wall including a taper. The shoulder section is disposed between the neck section and the body section. The body section can threadably and removably engage the base sidewall of the base. A removable cap includes a cap sidewall surrounding a cap cavity. A top wall is disposed above a cap opening, and the cap cavity extends between the top wall and the cap opening. The cap sidewall can threadably and removably engage the neck section and includes a knob and an extension.
Pet water container and bowl
A container for storing liquid having a bowl removably secured on a lower end thereof. The container defines an interior volume for storing liquid, such as water. The container includes an upper end having a body and an opening, wherein the opening can receive liquid therethrough. A lower end of the container includes threading disposed around an exterior thereof, between a first and second end. A bowl is removably securable to the threading of the lower end of the container so as to allow a user to selectively detach the bowl from the container and fill the bowl with liquid stored within the container. In one embodiment, the lower end of the container includes a smaller width than a width of the body of the upper end so as to allow a sidewall of the bowl to align with a sidewall of the body.
Plastics material container
A one piece plastics material container has mouth, a wall portion adjoining the mouth in a longitudinal direction (L) and a base portion in the form of a standing face. The base portion has an injection pointsituated on the inside in a radial direction (R) with respect to the longitudinal direction (L)on the outer wall of the plastics material container, a central area which surrounds the injection point, and a transition portion which extends from the central area to the wall portion. The transition portion has in at least one radial direction (R) and preferably in each radial direction (R) a curvature with a finite radius of curvature in at least one portion. The base portion has a plurality of reinforcement ribs which starting from the central area extend in the direction of the wall portion.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING GLASS CONTAINER
There is provided a method of manufacturing a glass container that can manufacture a glass container, which includes a bubble formed in a bottom portion and independent of the outside, with high yield by accurately controlling the position and size of the bubble.
A method of manufacturing a glass container that includes a mouth portion, a body portion, and a bottom portion, includes: a step of molding a glass container, in which a bubble is not yet formed, from molten glass; a step of forming a bubble-forming passage by pulling out a needle-like member after inserting the needle-like member into a bottom portion of the glass container in which a bubble is not yet formed; a step of injecting air from an inlet of the bubble-forming passage to form a reverse teardrop-shaped internal space, which is widened in the bottom portion from the bubble-forming passage as a starting point, in the bottom portion of the glass container in which a bubble is not yet formed, and to obtain a glass container that includes an internal space communicating with the outside; and a step of closing an inlet side of the reverse teardrop-shaped internal space by flow of not yet cured glass, which is caused by the potential heat of the not yet cured glass, to obtain a glass container that includes a bubble formed in the bottom portion and independent of the outside.
Container structure for removal of vacuum pressure
A hot-fill PET container or bottle filling with a liquid at an elevated temperature has a side wall extending to a lower portion including a pressure panel and a base in its unfolded or pre-fill position. The panel is transversely oriented and has a decoupling or hinge structure, an initiator portion and control portion of a steeply angled inverting conical section between 30 and 45 degrees. The control portion enables the inversion of the panel into the container to compensate for vacuum or reduced pressure induced within the container as the liquid cools down. The base can also have a plurality of reinforcing ribs.
