A protective bottle enclosure for enclosing and sealing a bottle with an open mouth carried within the enclosure. The enclosure includes a container having an upper portion and a base removably coupled to the upper portion, and an external cap applicable to the container in a seated position of the cap. In the seated position of the cap, the cap seals the open mouth of the bottle carried in the enclosure and forms an impermeable inner seal between the cap and the bottle. A stopper carried by the cap forms the impermeable inner seal between the cap and the bottle, and in the seated position of the cap, the cap is fully seated against the upper portion of the container and forms an impermeable outer seal between the cap and the container.

Preform and container

An injection-molded preform for manufacturing plastic containers, for example plastic bottles, in a stretch blow molding process is disclosed. The preform can have an essentially elongated preform body, whose one longitudinal end is formed closed. On an opposite longitudinal end, the preform body is connected to a neck section that is provided with a pour opening and whose outer wall has a connector to make an interlocking connection with a closure that is equipped with corresponding engagement. The neck section has at least one constriction that extends all the way around and has a wall thickness of between 0.4 mm and 0.8 mm. The injection-molded plastic material exists at least on the at least one constriction in a state that is highly oriented and at least partially crystalline, due to an injection-molding process.

Method for manufacturing a container containing a content fluid, a method for placing an inside of a container under a positive pressure, a filled container, a blow molding method, and a blow molding device

Provided is a method for manufacturing a container containing a content fluid, including: a molding step of stretching a bottomed tubular preform that is heated to a temperature at which the preform is stretchable so as to form the container by means of pressure of the content fluid injected into the preform through a mouth portion; a sealing step of sealing the content fluid by fitting a cap body to the mouth portion; and a pressurizing step of increasing an inner pressure of the container, wherein the container includes an invertible deforming portion that is freely invertible and deformable toward an inside of the container, and in the pressurizing step, the inner pressure of the container is increased by reducing a volume of the container by inverting and deforming the invertible deforming portion toward the inside of the container.
