APPARATUS FOR DISGUISING LIQUID CONTENTS IN POSSESSION
A device in the form of a container is disclosed which obscures and/or misdirects another person from recognizing the device contains potable fluid. The device is generally constructed with the size and shape and appearance of a tampon within a tampon wrapper. The device includes a sealable/re-sealable vessel with a cap, and a wrapper constructed and printed to appear like a tampon wrapper.
Modification of the pH and other physical properties of oxaloacetic acid to allow for enhanced stability and multiple delivery systems
The present invention relates to oxaloacetic acid preparations and the use of hygroscopic components to prevent decomposition of the oxaloacetic acid. These compounds can then be made into sublingual lozenges and buccal lozenges to serve as nutritional supplements, medical foods or drugs. These compounds can also be used in the manufacture of oxaloacetic acid preparations in transdermal patches, inhalation preparations and anal or vaginal suppositories. Also provided are simple inexpensive tests to monitor the decomposition of oxaloacetic acid in compositions.
Beverage Bottle with Accessible Station for Portable Electronic Device
A beverage bottle for a portable electronic device, includes a hand-held container comprising a surrounding wall and having a fluid compartment formed within the surrounding wall, and an accessible station integrated with the hand-held container, wherein the accessible station has a window cavity for accommodating the portable electronic device therein so as to allow the portable electronic device through the window cavity. Therefore, the portable electronic device is carried and protected by the container and is accessible through the accessible station.
Bottle Assembly
A bottle assembly for carrying a gift item of value is disclosed. The bottle assembly includes a bottle having a side wall and a bottom wall coupled to the side wall. The side wall and the bottom wall define an interior of the bottle for holding a liquid. The side wall defines an open end for receiving the liquid and the bottom wall defines a closed end opposite the open end. The bottle further defines a cavity for holding the gift item. The bottle assembly further includes a cover removably secured to the bottle for covering the cavity and retaining the gift item within the cavity. The bottle assembly further includes a locking mechanism for securing the cover to the bottle. The locking mechanism has a first locking member mounted to the bottle and a second locking member mounted to the cover. The first locking member aligns with the second locking member and the second locking member engages the first locking member for interlocking the locking members.
CONTAINER WITH PRESSURE VARIATION COMPENSATION
A bottle made of PET which can be filled with a hot, warm or cold liquid has a neck, a body and a closed bottom. The body has a peripheral groove for pressure relief capable of collapsing in a controlled manner under the bias of an externally applied vertical axial load. The structure of the groove is such that after collapsing the bottle will not be able to resume its original shape unless it is subjected to the application of another external force of sufficient strength in reverse direction with respect to the force which was applied to obtain the collapsed shape.
LIGHTWEIGHT BASE FOR CARBONATED BEVERAGE PACKAGING
This disclosure provides generally container base designs for use in packaging carbonated beverages and new containers that incorporate the base design. It has been found that improved physical and mechanical properties such as good stress crack performance can be achieving while improved light weighting and potential cost savings. The particular base and container designs are generally applicable to carbonated soft drink (CSD) containers, and can be used with containers of any size and with any type of base form such as petaloid or champagne base forms.
DOUBLE CONTAINER FOR HIGH-VISCOSITY LIQUID
Provided is a double container which comprises a relatively rigid outer container and a flexible inner container disposed inside the outer container and capacity-variable in response to an amount of a content thereof The double container is configured to contain, particularly, a high-viscosity liquid, e.g., a liquid having a viscosity of 1000 to 100,000 mPa/s, and to be easily produced by a forming technique having no significant difference from conventional techniques, wherein the double container for a high-viscosity liquid is capable of containing the content without causing oxidation thereof, while maintaining the outer container in its original shape or dimensions, and discharging the content by squeezing the outer container, irrespective of a level of a remaining amount of the content.
PREFORM, RESIN-MADE CONTAINER, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
A preform including: an opening portion; a body portion; and a bottom portion, the preform having a two-layer structure in which the body portion and the bottom portion include an inner layer made of a virgin material and an outer layer made of a recycled material, in which a weight ratio of the recycled material to a total weight of the preform is 50% by weight or more, a ratio of a thickness of the outer layer to a thickness of the inner layer in the body portion is 1.5 or more, and a haze of a body portion of a container molded from the preform is 1.8% or less.
Resin made container
A resin made container includes a spout portion to/from which a cap can be attached/detached, a shoulder portion continuous with the spout portion, a body portion continuous with shoulder portion and a bottom portion continuous with body portion and disposed at a lowermost portion of the bottle. Bottom portion includes a bottom face which comes into contact with a disposing surface and a sloped portion extending with a slope from the bottom face to the body portion. At least a portion of a vertical cross sectional shape of the sloped portion is a linear portion or a curved portion which protrudes to the inner side of the container. An angle formed between the linear portion of sloped portion and disposing surface or an angle formed between a straight line interconnecting an upper end and a lower end of the curved portion and disposing surface ranges from 15 to 70 degrees.
LIQUID DISPENSER
A liquid dispenser including multiple of bottles connected to each other in a sequential manner, by detachable connection means, such that a bottom side of a bottle is connected to a top side of a subsequent bottle.
