FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS
In some embodiments, a food container for retaining and displaying a plurality of food items includes a base having triangular overall perimeter. The base includes a bottom wall portion and a sidewall portion extending upwardly from the bottom wall portion such that the bottom wall portion and the sidewall portion together define three interconnected substantially circular cavities each configured to retain a substantially circular food item. The container further includes a lid configured to couple to the base and cover the substantially circular cavities of the base and the food items retained in the substantially circular cavities of the base. The lid is also configured for uncoupling from the base to uncover the cavities of the base and provide access to the food items retained in the substantially circular cavities of the base.

Synthetic resin bottle
A synthetic resin bottle, wherein a bottom includes: an annular-shaped peripheral portion; a protruding ridge disposed radially inward from the peripheral portion and configured to serve as a ground contacting portion of the bottle by protruding downward from the peripheral portion and configured, when deformed under reduced pressure, to make the peripheral portion serve as the ground contacting portion by displaced toward an inside of the bottle (upward); and a depressed recess located radially inward from the protruding ridge and depressed toward the inside of the bottle. The peripheral portion has an outer diameter dimension less than that of a lower end portion of the trunk, or a plurality of radiately extending groove portions is arranged side by side at an equal interval in the circumferential direction in the peripheral portion.

Lightweight plastic container and preform
A plastic container is provided that includes a hollow body portion including a lower supporting base portion; a sidewall portion extending upwardly from the base portion; and a neck portion extending upwardly from the sidewall portion. The neck portion includes a support flange having an upper and lower surface, threads, and a dispensing opening at the top of the neck portion. In embodiments, a closure may be provided to form an assembly. In embodiments, the container may be comprised of PET, the weight of the neck portion from the lower surface of the support flange to a top of the dispensing opening may be 2.3 grams or less, and/or the vertical distance from the top of the dispensing opening to the lower surface of the support flange may be 0.450 inches or less. A preform and method for making a container are also disclosed.
