REUSABLE RECYCLABLE THERMOFORMED SHIPPING CONTAINERS
A thermoformed, reusable, recyclable shipping container comprising a thermoformed shell and a plurality of separate load bearing columns secured within said shell at various locations whereby the stacking load imposed on the containers will be at least partially borne by the load bearing columns.
Aircraft water tank and manufacturing method therefor
The present technology provides a method for manufacturing an aircraft water tank provided with a hollow body and a fiber-reinforced resin layer covering the hollow body. A blow molding step is performed in which polyolefin resin, a thermoplastic resin exhibiting superior durability against disinfectants, is blow molded to obtain a hollow body. Next, a surface treatment step is performed in which a surface treatment is performed upon the entire surface of the hollow body, thereby improving the adhesiveness of the entire surface. Next, a filament winding step is performed in which reinforcing fibers impregnated with a thermosetting resin are wound around the surface of the hollow body and the outer surfaces of the flanges and heated in order to cure the thermosetting resin, thereby forming the fiber-reinforced resin layer on the surface of the hollow body and the outer surface of the flanges.

Biocomposite and/or biomaterial with sunflower seed shells/husks
The invention relates to a biomaterial and/or a biocomposite based on sunflower seed shells/husks. According to the invention, it is proposed that sunflower seed shells/husks are used instead of wood, bamboo or other wood-like fiber products as the original material for the biocomposite products and are used for the production of such products in order to improve the previous biomaterials, and in particular also to design said materials for improved cost efficiency and to improve their material properties.

Packaging box for liquid crystal panel
A packaging box for a liquid crystal panel includes a box and a reinforcing member, the box includes a bottom board and a side frame, and the reinforcing member is fixed on the bottom board. Since the reinforcing member is fixed on the bottom of the box, the supporting strength of the bottom board is enhanced. Thus, the thickness of the box is decreased, which is advantageous to decrease the thickness of the whole stacked pallet and warehousing spaces of logistics.
Molded article and manufacturing method thereof
A molded article may include a composite wall portion that is composed of a resin substrate and a wood insert embedded in the resin substrate. The wood insert is integrated with the resin substrate in a boundary portion defined as a joining portion of an end surface of the wood insert and an end surface of the resin substrate with its inner and outer surfaces substantially exposed on inner and outer surfaces of the composite wall portion.
Foamed structure and resin panel
A resin panel according to an embodiment includes a core material, a reinforcing material, a skin material covering the core material and the reinforcing material, and a fastened member. A reinforcing material has a first plate provided on a front surface of the core material, a second plate provided on a back surface of the core material, and a connecting plate connecting the first plate and the second plate. The fastened member is attached to the skin material by a fastening member penetrating the skin material and the first plate or the second plate of the reinforcing material.
