REINFORCED POLYGONAL CONTAINERS AND BLANKS FOR MAKING THE SAME
A blank of sheet material for forming a polygonal container is provided. The blank includes a bottom panel, two opposing side panels, two opposing end panels, and a reinforcing panel assembly extending from a first side edge of a first end panel of the two end panels. The reinforcing panel assembly includes a corner panel extending from the first side edge of the first end panel, a first reinforcing side panel extending from a side edge of the corner panel, a second reinforcing side panel extending from a side edge of the first reinforcing side panel, a reinforcing corner panel extending from a side edge of the second reinforcing side panel, and an inner end panel extending from a side edge of the reinforcing corner panel. The corner panel and the reinforcing corner panel are configured, upon articulation of the blank, to be positioned into face-to-face relationship to form a corner wall of the container extending from a side edge of an end wall of the container to an end edge of a side wall of the container.
Storage box
The storage box is fanned from a sheet provided with a plurality of folding lines defining a parallelepiped provided with six faces. One of the faces is a hinged lid, and it is characterized in that the opposed face to the hinged lid comprises a first sector provided with an oblique folding line that defines a first joining zone. A second sector also provided with an oblique folding line that is joined to the first sector in the first joining zone; and a third sector is provided with an oblique folding line that defines a second joining zone; and a fourth sector that is joined to the third sector in the second joining zone.
CARTON, BLANK, AND METHOD OF FOLDING
A carton defines a bottom wall, a first side wall coupled to the bottom wall, a second side wall disposed opposite the first side wall and coupled to the bottom wall, a first end wall coupled to both the bottom wall and first and second side walls, and a second end wall disposed opposite the first end wall and coupled to both the bottom wall and the first and second side walls. The carton is formed from a blank having a first side and a second side disposed opposite said first side. The first side defines the interior surface of the bottom wall and the interior and exterior surfaces of the first and second side walls and the first and second end walls.
BLANKS AND METHODS FOR FORMING CONTAINERS HAVING STACKING PLATFORMS
A blank of sheet material for forming a container includes a plurality of side panels and a glue panel coupled together in series along a plurality of generally parallel fold lines. At least one of the generally parallel fold lines has an increased stiffness. The blank also includes a plurality of bottom panels. At least one of the bottom panels includes at least one bottom corner portion that extends adjacent to and beneath a free bottom edge of a corresponding one of the corner panels and the glue panel. The blank further includes a plurality of top panels. At least one of the top panels includes at least one top corner portion that extends adjacent to and above a free top edge of a corresponding one of the corner panels and the glue panel.
DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLING CARDBOARD BOXES
It is a device that can assemble cardboard boxes from a die cut sheet with a rectangular bottom, chamfered vertical corners at 45 and opposing bridges arranged in correspondence with the mouth of the box and which run from the edges of two of the opposing parallel walls of the box, so that the device that is the object of the invention features a series of mechanisms that speed up and improve the process of forming and assembling the box, and can also give shape to corners angled at 45 located on the convergence of the ends of the lateral walls, where said corners of the box comprise several superimposed corner sections.
REUSABLE PRODUCE CONTAINERS AND RELATED METHODS
Embodiments of foldable containers, such as foldable produce containers, and related sheets and methods. In some embodiments, a container may comprise a first side panel comprising a first locking tab and a rollover flap. The rollover flap is configured to be folded with respect to the first side panel to expose the first locking tab. The first side panel further comprises a clearance aperture, wherein the first locking tab is positioned within the clearance aperture such that the clearance aperture provides spacing between the first locking tab and the rollover flap. The container may further comprise a first top panel comprising a slot for receiving the first locking tab. The first top panel may further comprise a first locking flap configured to extend adjacent to an exterior surface of the container to secure the first top panel in a closed position to at least partially enclose the container.
Produce trays with reinforced tabs
In accordance with at least one aspect of this disclosure, a blank for forming a container includes a base having a first pair of opposed base edges and a second pair of opposed base edges. The blank includes two first side wall structures, each first side wall structure foldably attached to one of the first base edges and two second side wall structures, each second side wall structure foldably attached to one of the second base edges.
TRAY FOR FOOD PRODUCTS
A tray for holding at least one food product includes a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the tray, the plurality of panels including a bottom panel, a front panel, a back panel, at least one end panel, a plurality of end flaps foldably connected to a respective panel of the plurality of panels and cooperating to form a rim extending outwardly from the plurality of panels, and denesting features comprising at least one denesting tab extending from one of the front panel and the back panel and away from the at least one end panel.
UNIVERSAL TRAY COVER
In accordance with at least one aspect of this disclosure, a blank for forming a lid for covering a container holding product therein, comprises, a top panel, a first lid side flap foldably connected to the top panel at a first top panel fold line, and a second lid side flap foldably connected to the top panel, opposite the first side, at a second top panel fold line. With the lid constructed, the first lid side flap and second lid side flap are configured to be inserted into a set up container such that the first lid side flap abuts a first side panel of the set up container and the second lid side flap abuts the second side panel of the set up container to allow additional containers to be stacked atop the lid panel without crushing the product within the interior space of the set up container. Further, when constructed and inserted into the set up container, the lid is configured to interact with the container in such a manner so as to resist upward movement exerted onto the lid by a depalletizer vacuum to prevent the lid from being removed from the container by the depalletizer.
