A PACKAGING MATERIAL, AND A METHOD FOR PROVIDING SUCH PACKAGING MATERIAL
A packaging material is provided, comprising a set of crease lines (10, 10) along which the packaging material is intended to be folded in order to form a package. The set of crease lines (10, 10) comprises at least one first crease line (10a, 10a) being configured to fold easier than an adjacent second crease line (10b, 10b). The said crease lines are intended to define a corner surface of the package.
Carton sleeve, carton and method for producing a carton
A carton sleeve of a composite material for producing a carton is illustrated and described, including: a sleeve area, a longitudinal seam that joins two edges of the composite material to form an all-round carton sleeve, and two pseudo fold lines that pass through the sleeve area, wherein the carton sleeve is folded along both pseudo fold lines. In order to allow the production of cartons with a more complex geometry, it is envisaged that the carton sleeve in the region of the sleeve area has no further or no continuous fold lines apart from the two pseudo fold lines. In addition a carton of such a carton sleeve as well as a method for producing a carton from such a carton sleeve are illustrated and described.
Closed container, in particular a foodstuff container, having a shaping coefficient
The invention relates to a closed container, delimiting an interior from an exterior, wherein the closed container comprises a sheetlike composite; wherein the sheetlike composite comprises a layer sequence, comprising as mutually superposed layers in a direction from an. inner face of the sheetlike composite to an outer face of the sheetlike composite a) an inner polymer layer, b) a barrier layer, and c) a carrier layer; wherein the closed container is characterised by a shaping coefficient, determined according to the method described herein, in the range from 1.0 to 10.0 m.sup.2/kg. Further, the invention relates to a method by which a closed container with a shaping coefficient is obtainable; to the closed container obtainable by this method; to an apparatus, designed for producing one of the afore mentioned closed containers; to a use of a sheetlike composite for producing one of the afore mentioned closed containers; and to a use of one of the aforementioned closed containers for storing a foodstuff.
Container precursor with shaping coefficient, especially for a single dimensionally stable food or drink product container
The invention relates to a container precursor comprising a sheetlike composite, wherein the sheetlike composite a) comprises a layer sequence comprising, as mutually superposed layers, from an inner face of the sheetlike composite to an outer face of the sheetlike composite, i) an inner polymer layer, ii) a barrier layer, and iii) a carrier layer; b) comprises a first longitudinal edge and a further longitudinal edge, wherein the first longitudinal edge is bonded to the further longitudinal edge forming a longitudinal seam of the container precursor; c) comprises, in the following sequence in the direction from the first longitudinal edge to the further longitudinal edge i) a first longitudinal groove, ii) a second longitudinal groove, iii) a third longitudinal groove, and iv) a fourth longitudinal groove, wherein the container precursor can be shaped to form a jacket structure by folding along the first longitudinal groove, the second longitudinal groove, the third longitudinal groove and the fourth longitudinal groove; wherein the container precursor is characterized by a shaping coefficient as per the test method described herein within a range from 8 to 30 m2/g. The invention further relates to a closed container, to a method, to an apparatus and to the use of the container precursor.
A PACKAGING MATERIAL, AND A PACKAGE
A packaging material for producing a sealed package of a pourable food product is provided. The packaging material can include a first set of crease lines configured to form an upper end of the package when the packaging material is folded along said first set of crease lines, a second set of crease lines configured to form a bottom end of the package when the packaging material is folded along said second set of crease lines, and a third set of crease lines, said third set of crease lines being separated in order to define longitudinal panels extending in between said third set of crease lines. The longitudinal panels can include a first panel having a horizontal crease line, and a second panel arranged adjacent to said first panel when the package is formed, the second panel having at least one vertical crease line.
