METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A LAMINATED PACKAGING MATERIAL AND LAMINATED PACKAGING MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a laminated packaging material comprising a first, outermost layer of a transparent polymer, to be directed towards the outside of a package made from the laminated packaging material, a substrate layer, and a second, outermost layer of a thermo-sealable polymer, arranged on the other side of the substrate layer opposite to the first outermost layer, and optionally one or more further material layers between the substrate layer and the second, outermost polymer layer, the laminated packaging material exhibiting a visual or tactile pattern, or a combination thereof, in the first outermost transparent polymer layer. The invention also relates to a laminated packaging material produced by the method and to a packaging container for liquid or semi-liquid food, produced from the laminated packaging material.
Packaging
A container formed of a blank (2) consisting of first, second, third, fourth and fifth panels (4, 6, 8, 10, 12), respectively. The first, second, third, fourth and fifth panels (4, 6, 8, 10, 12) include respective top sealing sub-panels (14, 16, 18, 20, 22), of an outwardly bowed form bounded inwardly by respective score lines (15, 17, 19, 21, 23). The first, second, third, fourth and fifth panels (4, 6, 8, 10, 12) also include respective bottom sealing sub-panels (24, 26, 28, 32, 34) of a per se known form. The first and third panels (4, 8) also include respective intermediate panels (34,38) which are each uninterrupted by score lines, except that one intermediate sub-panel (38) is formed with a through hole (40) for receiving a pour spout fitment. The second and fourth panels (6, 10) include respective intermediate sub-panels (36, 40) which are divided by score lines into respective sub-sub-panels (42, 44), identically as between the sub-panels (36, 40).
Paper container
A paper container includes a body front panel (5), a body left side panel (6), a body right side panel (8), and a body back panel (7), which are contiguous through body vertical folding lines. A vertical direction sealing panel (25) is configured to form a quadrangular tubular body (26). A top portion (28) has an inclined surface (S) which is lower on the body front panel side and higher on the body back panel side. The inclined surface has an opening, and a spout is provided at the opening. The body vertical folding line through which the body front panel and the body right side panel are contiguous with each other and the body vertical folding line through which the body front panel and the body left side panel are contiguous with each other are approximately symmetrical bent lines bent toward a center of the body front panel.
Packaging container and blank for a packaging container
A gable top packaging container has a plurality of upstanding side walls including a first side wall, a front wall, a rear wall and a second side wall, wherein the front wall connects to a front gable panel and the back wall connects to a back gable panel, both extending up to a sealed top fin, the first side wall connects to a first side gable panel, and the second side wall connects to a second side gable panel, wherein the walls are separated by crease lines extending in a longitudinal direction of the packaging container, characterized in that the front wall is continuous with the front gable panel, and the back wall is continuous with the back gable panel.
HEATING-NOZZLE ARRANGEMENT
A heating-nozzle arrangement for heating a partly formed packaging container, comprises one or more nozzle assemblies, arranged to direct a heated air flow to portions of a packaging container to be sealed; a gas-supply portion, arranged to supply a mass flow of heated gas to the nozzle assembly, further the nozzle assembly comprises at least a first and a second hole pattern and that the heating-nozzle arrangement further comprises a selector for directing the mass flow of heated air towards the first hole pattern or the second hole pattern respectively.
Container, A Device For Delivering A Material Capable Of Flowing, As Well As A Computer-readable Medium
A container has a pour opening. In order to be able to portion-wise deliver a dry bulk material or a liquid from the container the container has a divider wall between a first chamber and a second chamber which are connected via a transition chamber. Thus material can pass the pour opening of the container via the first chamber, the transition chamber and the second chamber. Furthermore, a device for such a container is claimed, as well as a computer-readable medium with instructions for a 3D-printer.
