Method and system for forming packages

A method of sealing reinforced packages. The method can comprise moving an open-ended package in a downstream direction on a package conveyor by engaging the open-ended package with a chain flight of the package conveyor moving in the downstream direction. The method further can comprise forming a bag with a closed end by engaging at least a seal portion of a tail section of an open-ended tube portion of the open-ended package between the chain flight of the package conveyor and a hot plate positioned adjacent the package conveyor. The chain flight can move with the tail section in the downstream direction relative to the hot plate, which can transfer thermal energy to the tail section to at least partially form a seal along the seal portion in the tail section to at least partially form the closed end of the bag.

Unitary blank for forming a container having a body portion with a plurality of fold lines and a cover portion. The body portion with a plurality of fold lines define a plurality of body wall portions, and each body wall portion has an upper edge. A first body wall portion includes a closure tab extending from the upper edge of the first body wall portion. The closure tab includes a closure tab flap portion and a closure tab base portion. The cover portion extends from the upper edge of a second body wall portion. The cover portion includes a cover portion flap score line extending along an upper edge of the cover portion and a release flap. A food container having a body portion and a cover portion is also provided.

A tray feeding box includes a box body; a cover, arranged at a first end of the box body; and a bottom board, arranged at a second end of the box body away from the cover. The cover includes at least one first cover arranged at the first end of the box body. The at least one first cover is defined with a first opening. The box body is defined with a take-out gap communicated with the first opening.

One- and two-pack beverage box

A blank includes a body portion defining a top body end and a bottom body end; and a telescoping panel coupled to the top body end by a top hinge. A box includes a body portion at least partially defining a cavity, the body portion defining a top body end and a bottom body end, the top body end defining an opening to the cavity; and a telescoping panel coupled to the top body end by a top hinge, the telescoping panel configured to selectively reposition about and between a closed configuration wherein the telescoping panel is positioned within the cavity and an open configuration wherein the telescoping panel is positioned external to the cavity.

Carton with insert

A carton for holding an article. The carton can comprise a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels can comprise a first panel and a second panel. An insert can comprise a central panel, an inner side panel foldably connected to the central panel, and an inner flap foldably connected to the inner side panel. The first panel can at least partially overlap the central panel, the inner side panel can be spaced apart from the second panel, and at least a portion of the inner flap can extend from the inner side panel to the second panel.

A carton for holding an article. The carton can comprise a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels can comprise a first panel and a second panel. An insert can comprise a central panel, an inner end panel disposed generally opposite to the central panel, an inner side panel foldably connected to the central panel, and an inner flap foldably connected to the inner side panel. The central panel can extend generally parallel to the first panel, the inner side panel can extend generally parallel to the second panel, and the inner end panel can at least partially overlap the inner flap.

The present disclosure discloses a self-closing packaging box. When one end of a box body needs to be sealed, each of a first inner lining board, a second inner lining board, and a third inner lining board cover the one end of the box body, then one or more first connectors are changed to a folded position and inserted into the box body through one or more first insertion holes, so that a first board finally covers the one end of the box body, and finally the one or more first connectors are automatically unfolded to be in an unfolded position to be clamped to the one or more first insertion holes to perform a self-closing function.

Liquid beverage container

A beverage container can comprise a container housing for housing an internal liquid container. The container can include first and second shields extending from panel sections of the housing that interlock over the container. The shields can be spaced between a hand hold opening through a top portion of the container housing and the internal liquid container. A gap can be provided between the shields and hand hold opening.

Packaging for garment on hanger

A container includes a single piece of material having panels that are foldable about pre-formed crease lines into an enclosed configuration. The panels include a first base panel for supporting a garment and an insert panel extending from the first base panel and configured to be inserted within the garment. The insert panel is foldable to position the garment over the first base panel. The panels include sidewall panels, a second base panel, and a closure panel. The sidewall panels are foldable relative to the first base panel to form sidewalls of the container. The second base panel extends from one of the sidewall panels and is foldable over the first base panel. The closure panel extends from one of the panels, is foldable relative to the sidewall panels, and carries a fastener for fastening to another one of the panels to maintain the container in the enclosed configuration.
