A continuous blank for forming a folded object is made from a multi-layered board material including a corrugated layer defining a flute direction (F); the blank including two blank portions joined to each other by a straight fold line extending along the flute direction (F) and having two opposed fold line end points, the multi-layered board material being weakened along the fold line. A contour of the blank includes two recessed contour portions, each recessed contour portion including one of the end points and extending on both sides of the fold line.

Construct with stiffening features

In general, one aspect of the disclosure is generally directed to a construct for supporting at least one article. The construct can comprise at least a panel and a plurality of stiffening features. The plurality of stiffening features can comprise a pattern of bosses formed in the panel. The pattern of bosses can be configured for at least partially reducing buckling of the panel.

The lower part having a bottom wall, a plurality of side walls, and a plurality of dust flaps. At least one of the plurality of side walls has an upper edge comprising a free edge and is arranged between two adjacent side walls having an upper edge foldably connected to a dust flap. The hinged lid has a top wall foldably connected to one of the plurality of side walls and at least one insertion tab. The at least one insertion tab is for insertion into a gap between that at least one of the plurality of side walls with the free edge and the dust flaps of the two adjacent side walls when the hinged lid is in the closed position.

The tray includes a first ply, a second ply, and a fluted layer positioned between the first ply and the second ply, the fluted layer arranged along a flute direction, the curved corner extending upwardly from the bottom panel along the flute direction.

A folded-sheet container includes a bottom in a center portion of a sheet, side walls adjacent to the bottom, first and second folding lines from a periphery of the bottom toward a periphery of the sheet, a dart portion formed by folding back the sheet along the first folding line, a flap in an end portion opposing the bottom of the side wall and configured to be folded back, and an insertion piece in the flap. The dart portion is folded back along the second folding line to be overlaid on the side wall, the flap is folded back to sandwich the dart portion between the side wall and the flap, the insertion piece in the flap is folded back to be inserted into the dart portion, and the opposing two side walls as one pair are both curved to outwardly project in a radial direction in a plan view.
