Tray For Food Products
A method of forming a tray for holding at least one food product includes obtaining a blank having a plurality of panels including a bottom panel, a front panel, a back panel, and at least one side panel, a plurality of end flaps foldably connected to a respective panel of the plurality of panels, and reinforcement features. The method further includes folding the plurality of panels at least partially around an interior of the tray, folding the plurality of top end flaps to form a rim extending from the plurality of panels when the tray is formed from the blank, and activating the reinforcement features to maintaining an integrity of the rim such that at least one end flap of the plurality of end flaps is biased downward to maintain an outward arrangement from a respective panel of the plurality of panels.
Carton For Food Products
A tray for holding at least one food product includes a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the tray, the plurality of panels including a bottom panel, a front panel, a back panel, and at least one side panel, and a plurality of end flaps including a plurality of top end flaps cooperating to form a rim extending from the plurality of panels, each top end flap of the plurality of top end flaps foldably connected to an adjacent top end flap of the plurality of top end flaps.
PACKAGING, ENVELOPE FOR A PACKAGING AND BLANK FOR PRODUCING AN ENVELOPE
The present invention relates to a packaging for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods like cigarettes, smoking products with filter inserts, smoking products with tobacco sticks and the like, including an internal box (12) with at least one container-like first receiving area (14) for storing goods and an envelope (16) for receiving the internal box (12), wherein the envelope (16) comprises at least one opening (18) or recess (102) for receiving further items in at least one second receiving area (22) formed by the envelope (16) and separated from the first receiving area (14) by a bottom wall (20) of the internal box (12). Furthermore, the invention relates to an envelope for a box for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods like cigarettes, smoking products with filter inserts, smoking products with tobacco sticks and the like, including at least one bottom wall, a front and a rear wall as well as sidewalls connecting the front and rear walls, wherein they form a container-like receiving area for receiving the box. Furthermore, the invention relates to a blank for producing such an envelope.
FOOD HOLDER
Described herein is a food holder including a multiple-panel sleeve that may include a front panel, a rear panel, two front-side panels and two back-side panels that form an irregular shape. The multiple-panel sleeve includes a bottom member connected to bottom edges of the front and rear panels. The irregular, tapered shape of the bottom member promotes the structural integrity of the food holder.
CORRUGATED CONTAINERS AND BLANKS FOR RECEIVING SEALS
Corrugated containers with a seal and corresponding systems, blanks, and manufacturing methods are provided. An example corrugated container for receiving products therein includes a bottom panel and a plurality of wall panels extending therefrom. When the container is formed, the plurality of wall panels are folded with respect to the bottom panel and extend upwardly to form a receptacle with the bottom panel. The corrugated container further includes a plurality of flange flaps that each extend from one of the plurality of wall panels. When the container is formed, the plurality of flange flaps are folded away from an opening of the receptacle and define a rim for receiving a seal thereon (e.g., a top seal). The seal is formed of film and sized to fit over the opening of the container to contain the products within the receptacle. An eco-friendly product container is thus provided.
Stackable Cartons, System, And Methods Of Using The Same
A carton for holding at least one article includes a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the carton, the plurality of panels includes a top panel, a bottom panel, a front panel, a back panel, and at least one side panel, and a plurality of end flaps foldably connected to a respective panel of the plurality of panels, the plurality of end flaps includes at least one top end flap foldably connected to the top panel. The at least one top end flap is upwardly folded relative to the top panel to at least partially maintain a closed configuration of the carton in which the top panel is recessed below a portion of each of the front panel, the back panel, and the at least one side panel to form a recessed top portion for receiving a portion of a vertically adjacent carton.
CARDBOARD CONTAINER WITH INTEGRATED LID
A cardboard container has an integral lid and is obtained from a cardboard sheet duly die-cut in a single piece in which a central sector or bottom is defined, from whose edges two respective isoscelic inverted trapezoidal sectors emerge that determine the larger and smaller side walls of the container. Two of these walls are provided in correspondence to their lateral edges with tabs for gluing together the adjoining walls. From one of the side walls there emerges a sector that acts as a lid, with a configuration in accordance with the configuration of the bottom but with proportionally larger dimensions, which ends in opposition to its fold line in a tab for closing and stabilizing the lid.
PAPER PRESERVATION BOX
The present disclosure discloses a paper preservation box comprises a box body formed by trimming and folding a whole paperboard and a thin film layer laminated on the inner surface of the box body through suction or blowing plastic process; the paperboard includes a bottom wall that is square as a whole and serves as the bottom of the box body, left and right side walls connected to the edges of the left and right sides of the bottom wall, and front and rear side walls connected to the edges of the front and rear sides of the bottom wall; joints between the left and right side walls and the front and rear side walls. The technical scheme disclosed make it simpler for manufacturing and better in sealing effect and strength and effectively promotes and prolongs shelf life.
PACKAGING BRACE FOR A WASHING MACHINE APPLIANCE
A method of forming a packaging brace for a washing machine appliance includes providing a flat blank. The method also includes folding a left side panel and a right side panel of the flat blank inwards towards each other. The method further includes positioning a bottom panel of the blank above an opening in a cabinet of the washing machine and inserting the bottom panel into a basket of the washing machine through the opening whereby a contoured profile of the opening urges the blank to fold and form a packaging brace for the washing machine appliance.
