PACKAGING BRACE FOR A WASHING MACHINE APPLIANCE
A method of forming a packaging brace for a washing machine appliance includes providing a flat blank. The method also includes folding a left side panel and a right side panel of the flat blank inwards towards each other. The method further includes positioning a bottom panel of the blank above an opening in a cabinet of the washing machine and inserting the bottom panel into a basket of the washing machine through the opening whereby a contoured profile of the opening urges the blank to fold and form a packaging brace for the washing machine appliance.
Stackable cartons, system, and methods of using the same
A carton for holding at least one article includes a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels includes a top panel, a bottom panel, a front panel, a back panel, and at least one side panel. The top panel is recessed below a portion of each of the front panel, the back panel, and the at least one side panel to form a recessed top portion for receiving a portion of a vertically adjacent carton.
Flat lying foldable integrated lid and container
Disclosed herein are storage containers which protect or contain perishable goods or other materials. In one embodiment, a collapsible, flat lying container may include a base connecting to a plurality of sidewalls. The base and the plurality of sidewalls may be constructed from a rigid plastic and connected by a flexible joint. Each sidewall in the plurality of sidewalls may be connected to two other sidewalls by a flexible joint. Further, at least one of the plurality of sidewalls may be connected to a lid which is constructed from a rigid plastic by a flexible joint.

In various embodiments the food carton may include a bottom panel; side panels extending about a periphery of the bottom panel; corner gussets extending between adjacent side panels, wherein the bottom panel, side panels, and corner gussets may be configurable to form a compartment region; and one or more closure flaps extending from an uppermost edge of one or more of the side panels forming a moveable joint where the closure flap and corresponding side panel intersect, wherein one or more of the one or more closure flaps may be removable along its respective moveable joint.
