The first side flap is foldably connected to the first side panel and includes a first tab and a second tab. The second side flap is foldably connected to the second side panel and includes a first locking feature and a second locking feature. The first tab is engaged with the first locking feature and the second tab is engaged with the second locking feature to form a reclosable lock of the carton.
ERECTABLE CONTAINER, BLANK AND METHOD
A container blank comprising a bottom portion defined on four sides by a first, second, third, and fourth bottom score, a first side portion partially defined by the first bottom score, a second side portion partially defined by the second bottom score, a front portion partially defined by the third bottom score, a back portion defined by the fourth bottom score, a first back connecting portion connecting the first side portion to the back portion, a second back connecting portion connecting the second side portion to the back portion, a first front connecting portion connecting the first side portion to the front portion, and a second front connecting portion connecting the second side portion to the front portion. Wherein folding of the side portions about their respective bottom scores causes the back and front portions to fold about their respective bottom scores.
Carton With Reclosable Lock
A carton for holding at least one food product is disclosed, and includes a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton, a first side flap, and a second side flap. The plurality of panels includes a bottom panel, a first side panel foldably connected to the bottom panel, a second side panel foldably connected to the bottom panel, and at least one end panel foldably connected to the bottom panel.
WATERPROOF STORAGE BIN
A storage bin is constructed from a single-sheet blank of corrugated plastic or any malleable material and includes a rectangular bottom panel, a pair of opposing side panels connected to the bottom panel through corresponding fold lines, and a pair of opposing end panels connected to the bottom panel through corresponding fold lines. A side extension flap is formed on each end of each side panel and is connected to its adjacent end panel by a solid, foldable, circular sector gusset. Gussets enable the lower portion of storage bin to be configured into its assembled state without the use of cut lines or openings, thereby rendering the bottom region of the storage bin waterproof. A plurality of buckle-type locking mechanisms are formed in the blank and are configured to be articulated through fitted openings in select panels to releasably retain the storage bin in its assembled state.
LEAK RESISTANT FOOD TRAY
A leak resistant paperboard tray formed from a blank having a scored surface that defines a base, panels and webbing flaps at the corners. When folded at the score lines of the scored surface in an appropriate manner, an leak resistant food tray forms and the webbing flaps are then adhered to neighboring walls to retain the shape in the folded condition. The adhesive is applied to exterior facing surfaces of the webbing flaps so that food contents of the container do not come into contact with the adhesive and thereby avoiding the risk of contamination.
PACKAGING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A packaging for foodstuff, including a base blank adapted to be erected into a carton for containing the foodstuff therein, the base blank including a liner paper that forms an internal surface of the carton and which has a release coating applied thereto; a lid blank adapted to form a lid that is securable to the carton so as to enclose the foodstuff within the carton, the lid blank including a liner paper that forms an internal surface of the lid which has a release coating applied thereto such that at least a part of the lid blank remains uncoated to permit bonding of the lid to an uncoated surface of the carton, wherein, the release coating is contactable with the food stuff and capable of providing clean release therefrom.
CORRUGATE COOLER
A disposable cooler is provided that, when assembled, is curbside recyclable. Tire cooler includes a lid portion and a. container to which the lid portion is selectively engageable.
