Method and installation for producing a pack

The invention relates to a method for producing a packaging and a system for such. The method includes the following steps: providing a precut blank (1) consisting of a foldable material having a bottom (3) and hinged to it, lateral panels (4), a rear panel (6) and a front panel (5), fastening of an unstressed elastic element (15) to the front panel (5) or to connecting flaps (7) that are hinged to the front panel (5), erecting the lateral panels (4), the rear panel (6) and the front panel (5) out of a flat transport condition into an unfolded usable condition and connecting the lateral walls (4) with the rear panel (6) and the front panel (5) and tensioning the elastic element (15).

Transport and storage container

A storage and transport container, in an unassembled state, is composed of a single-piece container blank having a bottom, foldable side and end walls and four corner flaps foldable inwardly at the side walls or the end walls. Respective turnover rims are integrally formed on the side walls and the end walls so that when the turnover rims are folded over, a stacking profile having a hook rim can be attached over the same. Four corner pieces are provided, wherein each corner piece has a base body having an upper stacking rim. Two insertion profiles are integrally formed on the base body, each having an angled profile section at the front end. The angled profile section positively fits in a respective profile recess of the side walls and the end walls. The stacking profiles extend over the insertion profiles flush against the stacking rim.

Corrugated packaging box

A packaging box is formed of corrugated cardboard, wherein end portions of the packaging box are protruded relative to a middle portion of the packaging box so that the packaging box has a curved shape, and a corrugation direction of the corrugated cardboard is parallel to a longitudinal direction of the packaging box.

A position associated with a synthetic spread order may be managed where a status of a synthetic spread order is identified as legged. The synthetic spread order may have at least one child hedge order pending at an electronic exchange and in response, a bracket order is submitted to an electronic exchange for the tradeable object associated with a filled leg of the synthetic spread. In response to execution of the bracket order, the child hedge order may be cancelled.

Foldable Box

A foldable box having a first, substantially flat and unfolded configuration which can be easily and conveniently transformed into a second, three-dimensional configuration capable of retaining one or more items.

Systems and methods for providing a packaged thermoplastic material

The present invention relates to thermoplastic products and packaging therefor. More particularly, some implementations of the invention relate to a thermoplastic material that is packaged in a box, such as a corrugated cardboard box. In some cases, the box has a quick opening mechanism extending between two opposite sides of the box. Some examples of such quick opening mechanisms include a perforation, a tear strip, a hook-and-loop fastener, and a chain stitch. While the packaging can in opened in any suitable manner, in some cases, a user grabs a flap on the box, pulls the flap to rip the box down a perforated quick opening mechanism, and uses the weight of the thermoplastic material to knock down the box so that it becomes substantially flat. Other implementations are also described.
