Blank and box
A blank for forming a box for packaging and displaying objects includes a flexible sheet with a plurality of panels that fold into a box. Perforated lines of weakness extend between rows of the plurality of panels. A lateral row along the plurality of panels includes a plurality of tabs from which to display the objects.
CUBOID FOLDING BOX
A one-piece blank for a cuboid folding box includes five main panel segments arranged in a row and separated from one another on transverse sides via main fold lines, a second secondary panel segment adjoining a second main panel segment on a longitudinal side, including an edge, and adjoining the second main panel segment via a second secondary fold line, and a third secondary panel segment adjoining a third main panel segment on a longitudinal side via a third secondary fold line. The secondary fold lines are perpendicular to the main fold lines, a first perforation line extends over the third main panel segment and at least partially over the third secondary panel segments. The third secondary panel segments are each divided by the first perforation line into a first region adjacent to the second secondary panel segment and a second region adjacent to the fourth secondary panel segment. Shapes of the second secondary panel segments and a course of the first perforation line are such that, in a folded state, the second secondary panel segments overhang the first perforation line in a region of the third secondary panel segments.
Methods and a machine for forming a shelf-ready shipper display system
A machine for forming a container from a blank includes a mandrel mounted to a frame. The mandrel includes a first side, an opposite second side, and an external shape complementary to an internal shape of at least a portion of the container. The machine also includes a first presser arm, a folding arm, and a second presser arm each coupled to the frame. The first presser arm is positionable generally proximate the first side of the mandrel and is configured to wrap a first portion of the blank about the mandrel. The folding arm is positionable at least generally proximate the second side of the mandrel and is configured to wrap a second portion of the blank about the mandrel. The second presser arm is disposed generally proximate the first presser arm and is configured to wrap a third portion of the blank about the mandrel.
RETAIL READY PACKAGING FOR CARDED ITEMS
A retail ready packaging system includes a convertible carton with a first plurality of slots are defined in a bottom wall adjacent a first side wall, and a second plurality of slots defined in the bottom wall adjacent a second side wall. A plurality of cards are included, wherein each card is seated in one of the slots of the first plurality of slots and in an opposed one of the slots of the second plurality of slots. Each card has a respective foot panel foldably attached to a main panel of the card, wherein the foot panel sits adjacent the bottom wall, and wherein the main panel of the card extends upward from the foot panel toward a top wall of the carton.
BLANK AND BOX OBTAINABLE THEREFROM
A blank is provided which has a chassis of corrugated cardboard where a series of a quadrangular closure flap, a quadrangular cover panel, a first quadrangular lateral panel, a quadrangular bottom panel and a second quadrangular lateral panel are individuated by crease lines. Each panel is provided with left and right quadrangular flaps, respectively. The blank has four compression members of corrugated cardboard glued to an internal face of the chassis in correspondence of areas bordering the first and second quadrangular panels and the respective left and right quadrangular flaps. A box obtainable from the blank by folding is also provided.
SHELF-READY PACKAGE
Some embodiments include a package assembly comprising a case formed of a single sheet of packaging material. The single sheet includes three rows of panels. The three rows include first and second edge rows and a middle row disposed between the first and second edge rows. The panels are foldable at fold lines to form the case. A first side of the case includes a first end panel of the middle row extending fully between a top and a bottom and a front and rear of the case and an opposing end panel of the middle row extends over the first end panel. A second side of the case opposite the first side and a front and rear of the case include tear lines configured to separate the case into a cover portion and a tray portion. The first end panel is included with the cover portion.
Dividable shipping package
This disclosure describes, in part, systems and methods for utilizing a dividable package for efficient shipment of items. The dividable package includes two or more internal compartments for securing items for shipment, the internal compartments enclosed by a cover having a detachment mechanism. Upon activation of the detachment mechanism, previously covered labels on each of the internal compartments identifying the items within are exposed.
CORRUGATED PAPERBOARD BOX, PERFORATION FORMING METHOD FOR PERFORATING CORRUGATED PAPERBOARD SHEET, AND PERFORATION FORMING DEVICE AND PERFORATION FORMING UNIT FOR PERFORATING CORRUGATED PAPERBOARD SHEET
A corrugated paperboard box is provided in which when flaps are bent, a perforated line along which the flaps can be separated from the box is less likely to break. Such a corrugated paperboard box includes a peripheral wall and top flaps, and is formed, at the boundary area between the peripheral wall and the top flaps, with a groove-shaped reverse scoreline recessed on the side of an outer linerboard, and a pair of groove-shaped recesses recessed on the side of an inner linerboard, and extending in parallel to each other so as to sandwich the area in which the reverse scoreline extends. The corrugated paperboard box is further formed, in one of the groove-shaped recesses, with a perforated line along which the top flaps can be separated from the peripheral wall. The top flaps can be bent along the perforated line toward the inner surface of the peripheral wall.
CARTON AND CARTON BLANK
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a carton (90, 190, 290, 390, 490, 590, 690) and carton blank (10; 110; 210; 310; 410; 510; 610; 710) comprising at least one panel having a deformable panel portion (R, R1, R2, R3, R4) comprising an auxetic cut pattern.
