The tamper-evident box for edible content generally includes a box having a base portion, sidewall portions, and a lid portion defining an interior volume. A front tab portion of the lid includes an adhesive tamper-evident seal that secures the lid to the front sidewall to maintain the box in a closed configuration. The box further includes multiple vents at the sidewall corners to reduce moisture buildup, and the interior of the box includes a layer of insulating material configured to maintain the contents of the box at a desired temperature. The box further includes a breakaway cutter tab disposed on a lower front corner which is used to cut across the adhesive seal and access the contents of the box. The lid and sidewalls include tabs that allow the box to secured closed position even after the seal is broken.

A inner member for an easy handling operation of a wrapping film to be used for wrapping food is formed by a body part 11 and a pinch part 13. The body part 11 includes an upper piece 11a, a front piece 11b and a lower piece 11c for surrounding a wound wrapping film 20, thereby forming a substantially U-shape cross section. The body part 11 further includes at a rear surface thereof a rear opening 11d through which the wound wrapping film 20 passes. A inner member for an easy handling operation of a wrapping film to be used for wrapping food is formed by a body part 11 and a pinch part 13. The body part 11 includes an upper piece 11a, a front piece 11b and a lower piece 11c for surrounding a wound wrapping film 20, thereby forming a substantially U-shape cross section. The body part 11 further includes at a rear surface thereof a rear opening 11d through which the wound wrapping film 20 passes. The method includes rotating the reinforcing panel assembly upwardly toward the first side panel as the blank is transported from the hopper station to the corner post forming station, forming a corner wall and a reinforcing end tab by folding reinforcing panels about fold lines as the blank is transported through the corner post forming station, rotating the side panels and the end panels to be substantially perpendicular to the bottom panel by directing the blank through the plunger station, and coupling the reinforcing end tab to an end panel to form the container.
