Method of Manufacturing Metal Basket
A method of manufacturing a metal basket contains: steps of preparing materials, initial welding, bending, and re-welding. In a step of preparing materials, multiple first metal bars, multiple second metal bars, and at least two peripheral bars are provided. In a step of initial welding, the multiple first metal bars and the multiple second metal bars are stacked crisscross and are welded together so as to produce a grid frame which has a base and multiple surrounding sheets, and the at least two peripheral bars are welded with the multiple surrounding sheets respectively. In a step of bending, the grid frame and the multiple surrounding sheets are bent, such that the multiple surrounding sheets are bent upwardly and are perpendicular to the base. In a step of re-welding, the at least two peripheral bars are welded together.
Packaging container for bread and wine for communion that includes sanitary structure
Disclosed is a packaging container for bread and wine for Communion that includes a sanitary structure which includes: a first storage portion which has a structure forming a storage space of a predetermined volume in which wine is able to be stored and having an open upper surface; a second storage portion which is rotatably mounted on the upper surface of the first storage portion; a first sealing film in the form of a transparent thin film that is mounted to seal the upper surface of the second storage portion and made of an elastic material having a predetermined elastic restoring force; a second sealing film in the form of a thin film that is mounted to seal a lower surface of the second storage portion and made of the elastic material having the predetermined elastic restoring force; a first tearing; and a second tearing portion.
BASKET AND RAIL ASSEMBLIES
Example embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to basket and rail assemblies. In one example embodiment, a basket and rail assembly generally includes a slide rail, a basket including a plurality of wires, and at least one support configured to be coupled to the slide rail. The support includes at least one groove configured for receiving at least one wire of the plurality of wires of the basket for releasably coupling the basket to the slide rail.
Storage combination basket assembly
A storage combination basket assembly includes one or multiple storage devices each including a base, a peripheral wall upwardly extended from the base and a positioning member connected to the peripheral wall with two opposite ends thereof respectively spaced from the peripheral wall by a gap, a support frame including first and second body frame rod segments arranged in parallel and respectively disposed in the gaps between the two opposite ends of the positioning member and the peripheral wall, and one or multiple stoppers connected to the first and second body frame rod segments of the support frame for supporting the one or multiple storage devices, each having two stop blocks disposed at two opposite ends thereof and respectively hooked in the peripheral wall of one respective storage device.
Method of making mesh containers with a rail and mesh container formed therefrom
The present invention is directed to a method of forming a container comprising forming a basket portion of metal mesh material and a rail connected to the basket portion. The rail extends substantially outwardly from the outer surface of the basket portion and the rail extends continuously around the outer surface of the basket portion. In one example, the method includes forming the rail so that it does not contain or surround a free edge of the basket portion. In another example, the method includes forming the rail so that it includes an opening for containing or surrounding a free edge of the basket portion. The method may also include forming a lower rail. The present invention is also directed to a container formed by such method.
Hanging Storage Basket
The disclosure concerns a hanging storage basket including a basket, suspension components, regulating screws and thumb screws. The suspension components are connected to the basket via regulating screws, and there is a hanging space between suspension components and basket top. The regulating screws are used to adjust height of hanging space. A suspension component consists of a hanging component and a regulating component. There is a bar-shaped regulating groove on the regulating component, and first screw hole on top front side of the basket. The regulating screw inserts the bar-shaped regulating groove into the first regulating hole to fasten.
METHOD FOR MAKING MESH CONTAINERS WITH A RAIL AND MESH CONTAINER FORMED THEREFORM
Low cost wire chafing stand and method
A wire chafing stand consisting of an upper rim composed of wire rod steel in a closed geometrical configuration having two lateral sides and two longitudinal sides adapted for placement of a chafer containing a food product, a lower rim of wire rod steel spaced apart from the upper rim and a plurality of straight wire legs arranged in pairs extending upright between the upper and lower rims with each pair of wire legs affixed to a lateral side of the upper rim on opposite sides thereof and with each wire leg in each pair disposed in close proximity to the longitudinal side of the upper rim adjacent thereto for forming a gap between the point of attachment of the wire leg and the centerline of the longitudinal side of the upper rim adjacent thereto of less than about 1 in dimension.
