The inner chamber includes an inner wall parallel to the sidewall and an inner roof. A partition is provided between the sidewall and the inner wall. An air inlet plate is provided between the two inner walls located below the inner roof. A pressure chamber is formed between the inner roof and the air inlet plate. A premixing chamber is formed between the inner roof and the roof. A plurality of fans and air inlet windows are uniformly provided on the inner roof. A plurality of air inlet holes and small inlet windows are uniformly provided on the air inlet plate. A plurality of wet curtains and an air vent are provided on the sidewall. A plurality of air outlet slots are uniformly provided on the inner wall.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL APPARATUS FOR ANIMAL HOUSING FACILITIES
The present application is directed to an environmental control system for an agricultural animal housing facility. This system includes a plurality of air handling systems configured to deliver supply air to an agricultural animal housing facility, wherein each air handling system is configured to receive a portion of fresh air and a portion of recirculated internal air, and wherein each air handling system is configured to mix the fresh air and internal air and provide the resultant mixture to the agricultural animal housing facility as supply air. The plurality of air handling systems are configured to regulate a proportion of fresh air to internal air in response to an internal temperature of the agricultural animal housing facility.

SHADE APPARATUS FOR BROILER POULTRY HOUSE
A shade apparatus for use in broiler poultry houses can include a plurality of contoured vanes positioned in vertical alignment. Each vane can have first and second opposed lateral sides and is contoured upwardly such that the first lateral side resides below the second lateral side. The vanes are connected by a first plurality of spacers attached to the vanes proximate the first lateral side of the vanes, and a second plurality of spacers attached to the vanes proximate the second lateral side of the vanes. A portion of each vane extends over a horizontal axis defined by the first lateral side of a vane positioned immediately above. The apparatus can include brackets that facilitate mounting of the apparatus over a fan vent of a broiler poultry house and maintain the vanes a predetermined optimal distance from the fan vent.

Portable Chicken Roost and Method
A portable chicken roost has a number of detachable legs. The detachable legs connect to a number of attachment points on a roosting bar. An electrical heater is inside the roosting bar and electrically connected to an interior thermostat inside the roosting bar. An exterior thermostat is also attached to the electrical heater and located outside the roosting bar. The interior thermostat and the exterior thermostat are connected in series electrically, and the temperature setting of the exterior thermostat is different than the interior thermostat. This roosting bar protects chicken's feet from freezing and breaks down for easy shipping and transporting.
Comprehensive poultry manure management method
An integrated system of technology applications and methods to provide comprehensive management of poultry waste improves the productivity of poultry housing facilities while reducing the environmental and public health impacts of poultry production. The method utilizes a plurality of housing units, each including plenum flooring and ventilation to improve the health of birds as they grow from hatchlings to market size adults. After the birds are removed from the housing units, manure is immediately removed from the flooring system and preferably transported to a processing facility. The units are cleaned and fumigated with ozone so that they are ready to receive a new flock within approximately 48 hours from removal of the preceding flock.

INFRARED AGRICULTURAL HEATER
An infrared heater for use in an agricultural setting, particular for use in poultry houses, is provided that includes a burner assembly supported by an opposing pair of generally T-shaped end plates. The heater further includes a pair of emitter assemblies having a parabolic configuration that are each supported by an elongated emitter support. The emitter assemblies surround an inner core member assembly that in part define burn chambers. The heater includes a pair of end deflector members that together with the parabolic inner surfaces of the emitter assemblies direct infrared heat outwardly and downwardly in a wide and generally quadrilaterally shaped heat footprint.
