Multiconfigurable, collapsible, modular tote container
A modular, multiconfigurable container adapted to collapse for stowability and portability which is capable of being arranged in several geometries; whereby the container is operable to enable a user to assembly the container without tools, screws or external fasteners, and customize the container with minimal effort and skillset requirements for assemblage, so as to enable a user to customize said container for optimal stowing of categorized items in multiple interior bins, the container further configured to facilitate disassembly and stowage, one-man portability, and minimal tool and skillset requirements for assemblage. In various embodiments, the side panels and base panel are affixed together using a live hinge. The tote container further operates to allow a user to apply labels forwardly and rearwardly on the container within a recess adapted for that purpose.
ASSEMBLY FOR BOX
Proposed is an assembly for box to be provided for exhibition, storage etc, the assembly for box having a coupling structure of a plurality of rectangular panels using holders, top caps, and front caps for users to quickly and easily assemble and disassemble boxes directly on sites.
Method of making packing boxes for shipping and storage
The present application discloses a new method of making, using, and constructing packing boxes that can be used for shipping or storage. In one embodiment, a packing box is constructed from a set of assembly pieces. Each assembly piece comprises a square body with four sides. On each side of the square body, there is either a key or a lock. Two assembly pieces can be connected or locked through insertion of a key of one assembly piece into a lock of another assembly piece. Two locked pieces can be unlocked by pushing on the key via the indentation above the lock of one locked assembly piece that receives the key of another locked pieces. Assembly pieces of different shapes required for constructing a box are disclosed.
QUARTER-TURN LOCKING ATTACHMENT FOR A STORAGE DEVICE
Implementations disclosed and claimed herein provide a customized storage system. In one implementation, a folding crate movable between a storage position and a collapsed position is provided. One or more customizable and modular attachments to the storage crates may be provided to attaching to or otherwise mating with a side of a crate. The modular attachments may include a universal connector that connects to an opening in any side of a storage crate and one or more accessories that mate with the universal connector, with each of the accessories having a specific use or utility, such as a cup holder accessory, a handle accessory, a tool holder accessory, and the like.
FULLY RECYCLABLE SHIPPERS AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF
Fully recyclable shippers and methods of making fully recyclable shippers. The shippers are formed from polyethylene terephthalate and may include additional insulating filler material. The shippers are non-hygroscopic and, when filled with insulating filler material, have improved thermal insulating properties than other ecofriendly shippers while remaining completely recyclable by typical material reclamation facilities.
Collapsible container
A collapsible container, which can be used as a household storage container, a temperature containment vessel (i.e., “ice chest”), or other type of container. The collapsible container is shiftable between a collapsed configuration and an assembled configuration. The container base comprises opposed grooves, each comprising a pivot, wherein one pivot is farther from the interior surface of the base than the opposed pivot. A pair of side panels preferably comprise at least one arm member having an elongated guide formed therein that is rotationally and slidably engaged with respective base pivots to allow the panels to shift between an upright position a horizontal position, in a stacked configuration. The lid preferably comprises at least one passage formed horizontally in the top panel to allow air to flow therethrough.
Modular container having moldable component parts
A modular container has identically molded sides pieces connected together at corner joints and separately molded, identical top/bottom pieces. The corner joints are formed by snap fit engagement of flexible locking tabs of one side piece with pockets on another side piece when the molded side pieces are serially connected together. The flexible locking tabs are biased oppositely to one another in alternating manner and each tab engages with a shoulder in the corresponding pocket to enable a zipper effect with respect to the assembly and disassembly of the corner joints. Two top/bottom pieces are secured by relative rotation to the assembled side pieces to form the container. An extension ring or divider can be used between upper and lower sets of the assembled side pieces to enable different container sizes. The component parts are molded with a degree of flexibility that enhances the assembly/disassembly of the corner joints.
CONNECTOR AND STORAGE BOX CONTAINING SAME
The invention provides a connector and a storage box. The connector comprises a connector body extended to form a first and second snap-fit portion nested with each other. The connector body is provided with a first plug-in unit and/or a second plug-in unit. The first plug-in unit comprises three first plug-in structures of which the direction vectors are vertical to each other in pairs and all different from the extending direction of the snap-fit portions and the second plug-in unit comprises three second plug-in structures of which the direction vectors are perpendicular to each other in pairs, both the first plug-in structure and the second plug-in structure comprising at least one direction vector perpendicular to the extending direction of the first snap-fit portion. The first and the second snap-fit portion of two connectors can be nested with each other and cannot slide relative to each other.
Crate assembly
A crate assembly for storing one or more items. The crate has a bottom face and a plurality of side faces, wherein the bottom face comprises a plurality of slat assemblies installed onto the bottom rail assemblies and each side face comprises a plurality of slat assemblies installed onto a pair of corner rail assemblies. In one embodiment, the crate includes a plurality of slats with each slat having a cap on each end making a slat assembly with the cap having a channel adapted to slide the slat along a rail, a plurality of corner rail assemblies each defining a corner of the crate assembly with each corner rail assembly including a vertical rail adapted for receiving the cap of a slat assembly; and a plurality of bottom rail assemblies. Each bottom rail assembly has one end connected to a bottom end of one corner rail assembly and an opposing end connected to a bottom end of another corner rail assembly. Each bottom rail assembly also includes a horizontal rail adapted for receiving the cap of a slat assembly.
CONTAINER UTILIZING ANGLE ELEMENTS
A container, including a number of angle elements. Each angle element includes a) a horizontal puzzle member including a male knob at one end and a female lock at the other end; and, b) a vertical member including a vertically extending male adjunct at one end thereof and a vertically extending female adjunct at the other end thereof, the vertical member being integrally orthogonally connected to the horizontal puzzle member. The angle elements are configurable, i.e. can be assembled, to form a container by: engagement of the male knobs of the plurality of angle elements with female locks of adjacent angle elements; and, engagement of the vertically extending male adjuncts of the angle elements with female adjuncts of adjacent angle elements. The container may include corner angle elements and additional types of angle elements such as intermediate angle elements, curved angle applications, L-shaped angle elements, etc.
