SHAPED ELASTOMERIC CONTAINER WITH INTEGRATED LEAK RESISTANT SEAL AND PRESSURE SHIELD
A container made of an elastomer such as silicone with an integrated leak resistant seal and pressure shield. Seal incorporates press-fit elements with sizes and shapes sufficient to provide a strong seal that resists leakage of liquids from inside the container, seal is integrated into the container and requires no external clips or clasps. The pressure shield increases leak resistance by at least 300% and is formed by adding material to the inside of the container and not to the engaging portions of the seal and works by deflecting pressure away from the two leak resistant seal portions. Additional features are provided to facilitate opening such as extended flaps for pulling the sides open, and asymmetric cavities for press-fit elements to reduce the initial opening force. The container may include a hole and be of asymmetrical shape, such as trapezoidal, to provide a wide opening along with a strong seal.
SERVING TRAY APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USING SAME
A stackable serving container apparatus for use with shellfish, or any other type of similar food. More particularly, a stackable serving tray apparatus that allows for ease and functionality with respect to serving cooked shellfish that is ready to be eaten and needs to be kept warm, and simultaneously provides an area for any removed shells to be discarded.
The container may include a hole and be of asymmetrical shape, such as trapezoidal, to provide a wide opening along with a strong seal.
Food storing and serving system
Systems are provided for storing and serving a food product. The systems can include a base portion, a top portion, and a mechanism for raising and lowering the food product relative to the base portion, and are configured to prevent spillage and/or leakage of any portion of the food product during storage and consumption of the food product.
Packaging Apparatus and Methods of Using Same
A packaging apparatus, comprising: a top configured for receipt of a payload therein and including a lip around a perimeter of top; and, a bottom configured for receipt of the payload therein and formed as a counterpart to the top, wherein the top and bottom are formed from the same mould and are identical but for the lip which is not included in the bottom.
Device for personalizing fragrance
Embodiments disclosed herein include a device for personalizing fragrance. The device includes a first module comprising a first hemispherical cap, a first container, and a first attacher; a first fragrance formulation contained by the first container; and a second module comprising a second hemispherical cap, a second container, and a second attacher. Also included is a second fragrance formulation, which can be different from the first fragrance formulation, and contained by the second container. The device includes a ring-shaped adaptor comprising a first feature for attaching to the first module at the first attacher and a second feature for attaching to the second module at the second attacher. When the first and second modules are each attached to the adaptor and the caps are in a closed position, the first module opposes the second module and the device has a capsule shape.
Top head housing
A top head housing for a current transformer, mounted on top of an insulating column of the current transformer, and forming a chamber for windings of the current transformer, the top head housing being made of two parts fixed one to the other, and including two openings through each of which a conductor penetrates the chamber, the openings being symmetrically opposed with reference to a main vertical axis of the top head housing, wherein the two parts of the top head housing consist of two half shells including identical bodies.
Elastomeric container with integrated leak resistant seal and pressure shield
A container made of an elastomer such as silicone with a leak resistant seal and pressure shield. The seal incorporates press-fit elements sufficient to provide a strong seal that resists leakage of liquids from inside the container. The pressure shield increases leak resistance, is formed by material disposed on an inside of the container, and works by deflecting pressure away from the two leak resistant seal portions. The pressure shield includes a bottom pressure shield having an average thickness of at least 0.15 cm, and a top pressure shield having an average thickness of at least 0.15 cm.
Beverage machine using pods that contain whole brewing elements
A beverage machine that brews beverages from a beverage pod is described. The pod is container with a top surface and a bottom surface connected by a sidewall that form a cylinder. The pod contains whole brewing elements that can be ground into sub-elements by the brewing system for brewing into a beverage. The pod is actuatable between an open state and a closed state by a breaking system of the beverage machine. In the closed state the brewing elements are contained and in the open state the elements are released. The pod includes a failure mechanism on the sidewall that is engineered to fail when the pod is actuated by a breaking mechanism of the beverage machine. When actuated the failure mechanism fails such that the beverage pod can be pulled into a top portion and a bottom portion to release the brewing elements.
