BIRD FEEDER WITH A ONE-PIECE FEED CONTAINER
A one-piece feed container for use with a bird feeder including a shroud extending around the feed container. The feed container is cylindrical in shape and has an upper end and a lower end. A feed inlet structure is positioned in the upper end of the feed container and is molded therewith so that the feed container is of one-piece construction.
Planter bird feeder combination with 360 degree feed protective shield
A hanging assemblage holding plants and feed for a bird and protecting the bird and the feed from a rodent. The hanging assemblage includes a feeder assembly, a planter assembly, and a protective assembly. The feeder assembly holds the feed for the bird. The planter assembly extends replaceably upwardly from the feeder assembly and holds the plants 12. The protective assembly is affixed around the planter assembly, is spaced over the feeder assembly, and protects the bird and the feed from the rodent.
IMPROVED BIRD FEEDER
The present disclosure provides a bird feeder moveable from a first position to a second position. The bird feeder is preferably comprised of a seed tube for holding a substance, a seed tray having openings to receive and provide access to the substance, a shroud surrounding and protecting both the seed tube and seed tray and a cover secured to an upper end of the shroud. The bird feeder is also preferably comprised of a positioning mechanism to move the bird feeder from the first position, where access to the substance is provided, and the second position, where access to the substance is prevented.
SQUIRREL RESISTANT DOME-SHAPED BIRD FEEDER PORT
A bird feeder is provided having a seed reservoir with a side wall that has at least one seed access opening and a squirrel resistant feed port assembly having a seed access restricter. The seed access restricter has a body with an inner opening in communication with the reservoir side wall opening and an outer seed access opening that is spaced away from the inner opening and the reservoir side wall opening while being in communication therewith. The outer seed access opening of the restricter is small enough and the length of the body is long enough that the squirrel resistant feed port assembly allows birds to access seed in the reservoir while blocking entry of the larger facial and head structure of a squirrel, thus preventing squirrels from gaining seed access.
VIBRATING BIRD DETERRENT DEVICE
A bird deterrent device is configured for use in common garden bird-feeders. A flexible vibrating tip is electrically connected to a power supply and a wireless receiver via electrical wiring. A remote transmitter is operable to send a signal to the wireless receiver. When the wireless receiver receives the signal, the vibrating tip produces a vibration to generate visual, auditory and structural vibrations in the associated feeder, thereby scaring away targeted undesirable birds.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR KEEPING ANTS OUT OF LIQUID FOOD
A device keeps ants out of a feeder for flying creatures, such as hummingbirds. The feeder is adapted to be held above the ground by a supporting member. The device may include an annular vessel, fillable by a fluid, such as water. The annular vessel can surround the supporting member, below the feeder, for instance on the ground. The feeder may thus be disposed to be visible from a window or above a wall, while the annular vessel is below a sill of the window or the top of the wall. The annular vessel is designed to be passed over the supporting member, when the feeder is not attached.
POULTRY FEEDER
This invention comprises a Poultry Feeder Assembly (3) for providing access to feed to chicks of small breeds as well as growing and fully grown up birds from the same Poultry Feeder Assembly, provided with a barrier to minimize entry of the chicks inside a feed containing pan (25) of the Poultry Feeder Assembly, the said Poultry Feeder Assembly being attachable to a pipe that has means for automatic conveying of feed from a small hopper (2) to the Poultry Feeder assembly attached to the pipe, the pipe being named as “Feeder Pipe” (4), and the said Feeder Pipe is provided with a winch system or an analogous means for level adjustment or height adjustment from ground or floor of a poultry house; wherein, the pan means for holding the feed is separable for cleaning purpose from the tube that conveys feed received from a feeding pipe to the pan.
ANIMAL RESISTANT BIRD FEEDING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY
A bird feeding apparatus including a deck mount, a mounting rod, a feeder tray, and a rotating disk for interfering with animal access to the bird feed placed within the tray. Alternative embodiments may include additional structural elements or hooks for hanging a bird feeder from the apparatus. The rotating disk will cause squirrels or other unwanted animals from accessing bird feed within the feeder tray by spinning, causing gravity to drop the animal. Birds will freely be able to access the feed.
SQUIRREL DETERRENT KIT
Implementations of a squirrel deterrent kit are provided. The squirrel deterrent kit may be used to prevent animals from climbing a pole to gain access to the bird feeder mounted thereon. In some implementations, the squirrel deterrent kit may comprise a sleeve member, a self-retracting reel, and a pole mounted fastener (e.g., a hook). In some implementations, the self-retracting reel may be positioned and/or secured within a cavity of the sleeve member. In some implementations, the pole mounted fastener may be configured to attach to an adapter (e.g., a ring) secured on the distal end of the line of the self-retracting reel. In this way, the self-retracting reel may be used to slidably connect the sleeve member to the pole. In some implementations, the sleeve member may comprise an elongated cylindrical stem having a dome shaped head. In some implementations, the sleeve member may include a longitudinally extending vertical slit therein.
PEST RESISTANT BIRD FEEDER
Implementations described and claimed herein provide systems and methods for resisting intrusion by a pest. In one implementation, a reservoir extends between a proximal end and a distal end, and the reservoir defines an interior. A basin is mounted to the reservoir. The basin has a basin body and a basin surface. A sleeve assembly has a sleeve body and a port defined in the sleeve body. A tensioner translationally mounts the sleeve body relative to the basin body. The sleeve body translates distally from an accessible position to an occluded position when a weight applied to the sleeve assembly exceeds a weight threshold set by the tensioner. The accessible position includes bird food on the basin surface being accessible through the port. The occluded position includes the port being disposed distal to the basin surface such that the bird food on the basin surface is inaccessible through the port.
