10421582 · 2019-09-24 · ·

A modular reconfigurable vehicle assembly pallet system and method are disclosed. In one example, a plurality of modular assembly plates are assembled having vehicle locators positioned specifically for a particular model vehicle. The assembled vehicle-specific plates are easily installed on a universal pallet positioned along an assembly line in an assembly sequence. The vehicle-specific modular plates can be quickly interchanged on the assembly pallet to thereby reconfigure the assembly pallet to coordinate with changing vehicle build assembly sequences.

RUST-PROOF STORAGE CONTAINER

A rust-proof storage container includes a container body defining a storage space and a barrier material provided so as to seal a passage or an opening of the container body and having an area greater than a cross-sectional area of the passage or an area of the opening, the barrier material being sheet-like and having flexibility. A peripheral portion of the barrier material is fixed all around a periphery of the passage or a periphery of the opening and airtightness of the storage space is maintained by the barrier material. A center portion of the barrier material includes a first surface being a surface facing the storage space and receiving a first atmospheric pressure of the storage space and a second surface being a surface opposite the first surface and receiving a second atmospheric pressure of an outer space.

The present invention relates to a metal cage (1) for a tank (2) comprising a base (3), a plurality of horizontal annular tubular elements (4, 4) and a plurality of vertical tubular elements (5) associated with the horizontal annular tubular elements (5) and to the base (3) so as to define a containment volume for a tank (2).

According to the invention, the upper portion (6) of the vertical tubular elements (5) is flattened and has a folded end (7), inclined with respect to the direction of longitudinal development of the vertical tubular element (5). Moreover, the upper horizontal peripheral tubular element (4) comprises a plurality of recesses (8) configured to house said folded ends (7) of the vertical tubular elements (5). These folded ends (7) are welded to the upper horizontal peripheral tubular element (4) at said recesses (8).

Pallet box assembly

Described is a pallet box assembly for receiving and transporting heavy and/or high temperature objects. The pallet box assembly includes a tub and frame configured for receiving the tub. The tub has a bottom plate comprising two lateral side portions and at least one upwardly arc-shaped portion therebetween. Each of the two side portions further has a bent section, the bent section forming a longitudinally extending corner portion of the tub, and a substantially vertical section connecting to the bent section, the substantially vertical section reaching upwards from the bent section to align and connect to the respective side plate, wherein the substantially vertical section and the respective side plates further includes a longitudinally extending connection area.
