METHOD AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING A LAMINATED OBJECT, LAMINATED OBJECTS, METHOD FOR PRODUCING PALLETS, AND PALLETS
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a laminated object. A foam core and a skin are provided and the foam core and the skin are arranged relative to each other. The skin is heated. The skin is pierced by a vacuum application device. Further, vacuum is applied via the vacuum application device so as to withdraw a gaseous medium, in particular air, from within the foam core and from a space or spaces between the foam core and the skin, in order to draw the skin towards the foam core. Furthermore, the invention provides a manufacturing device for manufacturing a laminated object, laminated objects comprising a foam core and a skin, a method for producing pallets comprising a foam core and a skin, as well as pallets comprising a foam core and a skin.

INTEGRATED WELD STOP
A weld stop element may be used in a hot plate welding process for bonding first and second plastic components. The weld stop element includes a weld stop post positioned between ribs of one or both of the components. The weld stop post is sized such that the weld stop post is not accessible by a heating element during a heating phase of the hot plate welding process. The weld stop post defines a stop position for when the first and second plastic components are pressed together after the heating phase.
Shipping container and safety catch therefor
A safety catch for preventing a drop-down side door from separating from the sidewall of a shipping container in the case of a hinge failure and a shipping including at least one safety catch.

Modular pallet system
A modular pallet system utilizes a plurality of modular pallets that are configured to engage along sides of the pallet to form an interconnected array of coupled pallets that may be moved by a pallet truck and wherein the individual pallets are configured for detachment and transport with a hand-truck. A quad array of coupled pallets may be formed that is about a conventional pallet size and configured to receive the two forks of a fork truck into fork truck openings. One of the modular pallets of the quad array of coupled pallets may be disengaged or disconnected by use of a hand-truck, wherein the tongue of the hand-truck extends in the fork truck opening between the feet of a pallet and engages with hand-truck notches configured on feet. An interconnecting feature of a modular pallet may include a dovetail and dovetail recess.

COLLAPSIBLE PALLET CONTAINER
The invention relates to a collapsible superstructure (30), a frame system (20), a lid (40) and a load handling system in the form of a pallet (10) with other components thereon. The superstructure (30) comprises a downward-extending protrusion in the corner portions (33a-d) for forming a step which is arranged to interact with an edge of a downward-extending recess of the pallet (10) on which the superstructure (30) is intended to be placed. When the superstructure (30) is in a partly raised upright position on the pallet (10), each corner portion (33a-d) can be pushed outward so that the protrusion can drop down into each recess of the pallet (10). The collapsible sides (32a-b) comprise respective lower locking portions arranged to interact with a locking portion of the pallet (10) in such a way that, when the superstructure (30) is in a partly raised upright position on the pallet (10), the locking portion of the superstructure (30) can pass an edge of the locking portion of the pallet (10) in an outward movement (L) and thereby enable the superstructure (30) to place itself in a fully raised position.
