Fluid sample display tray
A fluid sample display for displaying actual vehicle fluid samples alongside comparisons of exemplary fluids has a tray with dimples to receive the fluid samples. The dimples are coverable by a movable cover. The tray can have an indicia panel for removably receiving indicia indicative of a vehicle and/or vehicle owner.
TOOLS AND PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A CONTAINER
A tool for producing a plastic container in a thermoform process, in particular a plastic deep drawing process, with a positive mold, is described. The container may have a bottom section for forming a container bottom. The container may also have a lateral wall section for forming a circumferential, lateral wall integrally formed with the container bottom from the same material. The container may also have a wall for forming a stacking edge formed as a hollow profile, circumferentially protruding beyond an external contour of the lateral wall of the container. In a molding position for forming the container, the wall is arranged circumferentially protruding around an entire external side of the positive mold. The wall is movable out of the molding position into a demolding position. A method for producing the container by the tool is also provided.
PRODUCT TRANSFER TRAY, TRAY AND PRODUCT ASSEMBLY, AND INSTALLATION IMPLEMENTING SUCH A TRAY
Disclosed is a tray for the transfer of at least one product, the product having on one of its faces or one of the faces of a packaging enclosing it, a first marking that can be read optically to identify the product, with the tray including at least one horizontal bottom wall on the internal upper face of which the product can be placed on one of its two large faces. The upper face of the horizontal bottom wall carries a second identifier marking for optical recognition to determine whether or not a product is present on the tray.
Storage Device
A storage device includes a base, and a number of side panels selectively coupled to the base. Each of the side panels include a protrusion. The base includes a number of voids defined therein. The protrusions, once inserted into the voids, restrict movement of the side panels relative to the base in at least two coordinate directions.
Blind-stack and nest-interlock container
A crate is configured for blind-stacking on an adjacent crate with side walls. The crate may include a bottom panel, end walls extending from the bottom panel, and side walls extending from the bottom panel and connected between the end walls. The side walls include a stacking rim on a top surface. The bottom panel may include guide ribs under the side walls, respectively, and positioned adjacent a forward end of the crate. The guide ribs may be sized and shaped to positively engage the side walls of the adjacent crate, and the guide ribs may be configured to prevent the side walls of the adjacent crate from deflecting outward under load. The crate facilitates blind-stacking and helps to minimize the effort for an operator to handle heavier loads.
Child resistant and airtight container
Disclosed herein are modular container systems having child-resistant containers, tray inserts and tray frames. Also disclosed are methods using the modular container systems and methods of storing substances in containers. The containers have a container base and a container cap and provide for child-resistant containers. A user can releasably remove the container cap from container base with a squeeze and lift sequence. For example, the user squeezes opposite sides of the container base, which releases a locking mechanism and allows for removal of the cap by lifting or pulling the container cap off from the container base. The components of the modular container system are modular and stackable. The modular system allow for organized, efficient, accessible and storage of the child-resistant containers. The modular container system also allows for easy counting, sorting and processing of the containers.
STACKABLE AND/OR NESTABLE BOX
The present invention relates to a stackable, nestable or both stackable and nestable box composed of a front panel, a rear panel and two side panels. The side panels each have a side rest surface comprising at least one guide tooth configured to realise a side centring of an upper box during the realisation of a stacking configuration. There is also preferably provided a retaining tooth capable of preventing sliding, along the front and rear panels, between two stacked boxes. There is also preferably provided a rear panel comprising a step for providing a vertical support of an upper box when stacked. Preferably, there is provided a locking tooth capable of preventing a sliding, along the side panels, between two stacked boxes.
Pharmaceutical packaging device
A device for storing pharmaceuticals that includes a bottom portion having wells and a lid having correlating well covers. The wells and cover are manufactured from an insulating material which protects the medication from heat and moisture. The bottom portion and lid preferably includes matching tabs to assist the user in lining up the lid with the bottom. The device may include a child resistant rim on the bottom portion that locks the lid onto the device when it is closed. The lid of the device may include a protrusion which interlocks with a complimentary indentation in the bottom of an additional device to allow for easy transport of additional pharmaceuticals. The device may further include a hanger hole for easy transport of the device.
CONTAINER AND PROTECTIVE MEMBER
A bottom surface member (12) of a container (100) defines an xy-plane, and a side surface member (14) defines an xz-plane and a yz-plane. A protective member includes a receiving part (22R) that has a first receiving surface (24) parallel to the xz-plane and a second receiving surface (23) parallel to the yz-plane, and a supporting part (22S) integrally formed with the receiving part. The supporting part has a first flat plate section (22Sa) parallel to the xz-plane, a second flat plate section (22Sb) parallel to the yz-plane, and a third flat plate section (22Sc) that is provided on the first flat plate section and the second flat plate section and is parallel to the xy-plane. The receiving part has a fourth flat plate section (22Ra) that has the first receiving surface and is parallel to the xz-plane, a fifth flat plate section (22Rb) parallel to the yz-plane, a sixth flat plate section (22Rc) facing the fourth flat plate section with a gap therebetween, and a seventh flat plate section (22Rd) that has the second receiving surface and is parallel to the yz-plane. A gap (22G) is formed between the seventh flat plate section that has the second receiving surface and the fourth flat plate section that has the first receiving surface.
