MODULAR SYSTEM FOR INVENTORY AND TRANSPORT EFFICIENCY OF PACKAGING

Disclosed herein are modular container systems having child-resistant containers, tray inserts and tray frames. Also disclosed are methods using the modular container systems and methods of storing substances in containers. The containers have a container base and a container cap and provide for child-resistant containers. A user can releasably remove the container cap from container base with a squeeze and lift sequence. For example, the user squeezes opposite sides of the container base, which releases a locking mechanism and allows for removal of the cap by lifting or pulling the container cap off from the container base. The components of the modular container system are modular and stackable. The modular system allow for organized, efficient, accessible and storage of the child-resistant containers. The modular container system also allows for easy counting, sorting and processing of the containers.

An interlocking or mating container and container system are presented herein. In particular, the system includes a plurality of adjacently disposed (side-by-side, end-to-end and stacked) containers that are dimensioned to maximize the available space on a pallet, for example, a 463-L Pallet, HCU-6/E Pallet or other pallet. The containers include enlarged wheels, one or more support feet, and a handle assembly. The containers are configured to include a plurality of interlocking or mating portions such as one or more wheel assembly receiving portions, one or more foot receiving portions, outer extensions or engaging portions, and a handle engaging portion. The Interlocking or mating portions are configured to matingly engage or abut corresponding portions of an adjacent container and at least partially restrict movement there between.

Packing box

A packing box is disclosed. The packing box includes a box body having an inward concave forming four blocking portions at four sides, and a plurality of supporting members. The supporting member includes a big head end and a small head end fixedly connecting to the blocking portions. The small head end is arranged above an up surface of the blocking portion. A bottom surface of the big head end comprises an inward concave, the small head end of the supporting member of the packing box located at a lower altitude engages with the big head end of the supporting member of the packing box located at a higher altitude when the packing boxes are stacked.

An organizer case is adapted for placing and storing objects. The organizer case has a base plate and an enclosure; the enclosure protrudes from a top surface of the base plate, and extends along a perimeter of the base plate to enclose the base plate, and the enclosure has indentations concavely disposed on a top edge thereof. Two indentations of the present invention respectively engage with two parallel sections of the encircling flange on the bottom surface of the upper case, so as to allow the organizer case of the present invention to stably engage with the upper case. The stacked cases can be conveniently carried; square organizer cases of different sizes can be mutually and vertically stacked and arranged from left to right to achieve diverse arrangements.

TRANSPORT AND STORAGE CONTAINER

A storage and transport container, in an unassembled state, is composed of a single-piece container blank having a bottom, foldable side and end walls and four corner flaps foldable inwardly at the side walls or the end walls. Respective turnover rims are integrally formed on the side walls and the end walls so that when the turnover rims are folded over, a stacking profile having a hook rim can be attached over the same, Four corner pieces are provided, wherein each corner piece has a base body having an upper stacking rim. Two insertion profiles are integrally formed on the base body, each having an angled profile section at the front end. The angled profile section positively fits in a respective profile recess of the side walls and the end walls. The stacking profiles extend over the insertion profiles flush against the stacking rim.

[Problem] To provide containers stronger than conventional containers with respect to a lateral load when stacked. [Solution] The containers according to the present invention are configured so that a corner engaging projection and a corner engaging recess are engaged at the four corners on the bottom face and the top face of a top and a bottom container when stacked, thereby allowing such containers to hold up against the lateral load received when stacked by dispersing the lateral load more widely than conventional containers. Thus, the present invention achieves a higher strength with respect to the lateral load when stacked than conventional containers and prevents incidents where a first sidewall and second sidewall would be separated from each other due to the first sidewall or second sidewall being pushed and bent outwards.

Storage Kit and Assembly
