Packaging and distribution assembly for a fluid product with air-return
This invention relates to a packaging and distribution assembly (10) for a fluid product, of the type comprising: a storage member (22), comprising a tubular reservoir (40) able to receive a first fluid composition; a closed chamber (130) in communication with the tubular reservoir; and a pressurization member (24), able to move axially in such a way as to decrease a volume of said closed chamber. The closed chamber is sealed from the air in a deployed configuration of the storage and pressurization members, corresponding to a maximum volume of the closed chamber. The storage member (22) and the pressurization member (24) comprise means (76) for breaking the seal of the closed chamber in a compact configuration of said storage and pressurization members, said compact configuration corresponding to a minimum volume of the closed chamber.
Single-dose dual-compartment drug delivery system
A single use applicator described herein allows for simplicity while ensuring that only the necessary amount of product in each compartment is utilized when needed. The inventive drug delivery device includes a housing with two compartments, each containing substances separated by a barrier or membrane which can be broken apart by applying pressure to the housing. One end of the applicator includes a tapered nozzle and cap which can be twisted off when ready to use. Once the barrier or membrane is broken, the two components, liquid and powder, will mix creating the end product. After the two components have been mixed and the user is ready to apply the end product, the user will twist the cap off of the device and apply pressure to the applicator housing in order to force the substance through the nozzle and into the eye, nasal passage, ear canal or other part of the body.

Resealable airtight container system for using and storing paint
A resealable airtight container system is provided for holding and storing paint that preserves and maintains the paint in a clean, high quality condition for current and subsequent use. Different embodiments of the system include a non-cylindrical container component, a removable container edge-protecting lip component that engages an upper edge of the non-cylindrical container, and a sealing lid component that provides an airtight seal to cover and seal the container. The lip component may be stored in the lid component when not in use. In one embodiment, the system provides a non-cylindrical container that may function both as a painting tool carrier and as a resealable paint container.

Beverage-ingredient cartridge and cap for beverage-ingredient cartridge
A beverage-ingredient cartridge for storing and dispensing beverage ingredients. The cartridge includes a container for storing a first beverage ingredient, and a cap secured within an open upper end of the container that seals the open upper end. The cap includes a storage compartment for storing a second beverage ingredient having a base and a sidewall extending from a the base. A line of weakness defines a separable region of the base, and a column extends from the separable region of the base and is spaced apart from the sidewall. A plastic film is secured to the sidewall and to the column that seals the storage compartment. Upon application of a force to the column, the separable region separates from the base and the plastic film tears such that the storage compartment and container are open to the outside of the beverage-ingredient cartridge.
RETAIL PRODUCT PACKAGE AND DISPLAY
A packaging assembly is provided with a product package. A plurality of retail products is supported upon the product package in an array for transportation. A plurality of dividers is connected to the product package and extends between sequential retail products for separation of the sequential retail products during shipping, wherein the dividers are removable.
Partitioned food package
A container for food includes an enclosure, a lid, and partition members. The enclosure includes an interior with a base portion and a perimeter portion. The perimeter portion includes one or more walls that extend between the base portion and an opening of the enclosure. The partition members separate food layers from each other. A base partition member separates a bottom food layer from the base portion of the interior. An opening partition member may separate the lid from a top food layer. The partition members include a separating portion with a perimeter that substantially locally matches a cross-sectional shape of the perimeter portion of the interior. The partition members each further include at least one pulling structure that extends from the separating portion to a grip. The grip may be positioned outside of the interior of the enclosure, at least when the container is in the storage configuration.
COMPARTMENTALIZED SHIPPING CONTAINER FOR TEMPERATURE CONTROL MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION
An insulated shipping container is provided for maintaining a substantially uniform internal temperature. The base, walls and lid of an outer box define an enclosure. An insulating body and an insulating cover are located within the enclosure and define an insulated cavity. A chamber having a plurality of chamber sides is configured to hold one or more payloads at the substantially uniform internal temperature. A temperature control material distribution structure is located within the insulated cavity for constraining motion of temperature control material units. The temperature control material distribution structure comprises at least one partitioned tray or trough. The at least one partitioned tray comprises a tray bottom; and a plurality of partition walls extending away from the tray bottom and defining a plurality of partition compartments.
COMPARTMENTALIZED SHIPPING CONTAINER FOR TEMPERATURE CONTROL MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION
An insulated shipping container is provided for maintaining a substantially uniform internal temperature. The base, walls and lid of an outer box define an enclosure. The temperature control material distribution structure comprises at least one partitioned tray or trough.
