HOLDING STRUCTURE FOR HOLDING A PLURALITY OF CONTAINERS FOR PHARMACEUTICAL, MEDICAL OR COSMETIC PURPOSES AND TRANSPORT OR PACKAGING CONTAINER COMPRISING THE SAME
A holding structure for holding a plurality of containers for pharmaceutical, medical or cosmetic purposes includes a carrier having openings or receptacles for accommodating the containers. Holding devices for holding the containers are provided at the openings or receptacles. The holding devices can selectively assume two different stable positions, namely a first stable position in which the containers can be inserted without friction into the openings or receptacles and a second stable position in which the containers are held in the respective opening or receptacle by frictional engagement or by positive locking. The containers can be reliably inserted into the openings or receptacles without material abrasion. In the open insertion position of the holding devices, a large number of containers can be inserted concurrently into the openings or receptacles without high forces acting on the holding structure.
TRAY FOR RECEIVING A PLURALITY OF MEDICAL HOLLOW BODIES
The invention relates Tray (1) for holding a plurality of medical hollow bodies (49), comprising a bottom plate (3) having a top side (5) and a bottom side (7), wherein an all-around wall (11) is disposed along outer edges (9) of the tray (1) on the top side (5), wherein the bottom plate (3) and the wall (11) delimit a receiving volume (13) for receiving the medical hollow bodies (49), wherein the tray (1) has a finite length along a longitudinal direction (L) and a finite width along a width direction (B) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (L), wherein the tray (1) comprises at least one holding structure (15) for holding medical hollow bodies (49), wherein the at least one holding structure (15) comprises a first holding wall (17), a second holding wall (19) and a row of distance elements (33).
FOLDABLE BLANK AND COLLAPSIBLE PACKAGE
A foldable blank is disclosed. The foldable blank includes a base, a first sidewall, a first flange, and a restraining feature. The first sidewall is connected to the base. The first flange is connected to the first sidewall. The restraining feature is located in at least one of the base and the first sidewall. Each of the base, the first sidewall and the first flange are constructed from a polymeric sheet. The restraining feature is a permanent imprint in the foldable blank. The foldable blank is generally planar with the exception of the restraining feature. The foldable blank may be erected to a folded tray. The folded tray may be connected with a lid to form a package. The package may be suitable for non-hermetic applications.
APPARATUS FOR COLLECTING AND STORING AUTOGRAPHS
An apparatus for collecting and storing autographs includes a housing having a hollow interior that is configured to receive and hold autograph media. The housing includes a plurality of side walls and a floor and can be in the form of a cube. The apparatus includes an outer frame that is disposed about an outer surface of one side wall and defines an exterior slot that is open along one side for receiving autograph medium. The autograph medium comprises a substrate that has a surface on which an autograph can be written.
Cake tray having hand hold recess
The invention is directed toward a cake tray that has a number of hand holding or gripping recesses for conveniently carrying the cake tray or base. The cake tray further include finger gripping recesses formed by upwardly projecting pads and protrusion.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND COMPONENTS ASSOCIATED WITH ELECTROCHROMIC PREFORMS
A system for containing electrochromic preforms comprising: a rigid structure defining a compartment; and a vapor barrier disposed within the compartment and adapted to define a selectively sealable internal volume, wherein a plurality of electrochromic preforms are receivable in the internal volume, and wherein the internal volume defines a reference tool for aligning at least one of the plurality of electrochromic preforms. A component adapted to couple with an edge of an electrochromic preform comprising: a body defining an electrochromic preform engagement portion and a tool engagement portion pivotally coupled with the electrochromic preform engagement portion, wherein reducing a dimension of the tool engagement portion increases a corresponding dimension in the electrochromic preform engagement portion.
PROCESSOR TRAY AND METHOD OF PACKING
Processor tray for displaying tubular meat products in an arcuate configuration, and designed to help guide the packer to mold and place curved meat products in the tray. The filled tray is wrapped in film, and the configuration of the filled tray maintains the film taut to avoid leakage. The tray includes a rectangular upper shaped cavity, and a plurality of curved recessed pockets extend below the upper cavity to define a lower cavity. The tray is designed to provide structural rigidity that resists warping and breakage, thus enabling the overwrapped tray to be handled, shipped, and displayed with minimal leakage or breakage. In some embodiments the tray includes features that facilitate de-nesting of a stack of empty trays, and is adapted to facilitate movement of the wrapped package on a moving conveyor line. The tray is easy to manufacture and provides a lightweight and cost effective packaging product. Preferably the tray has a rectangular shape that provides for consistent wrapping strength and can be handled on standard processing equipment.
Protective packaging in which wine bottles can be transported
A protective structure for protecting bottles, particularly wine bottles, comprises a first pair of elements (10) which are spaced apart horizontally. The elements have recesses (12, 14) in their upper surfaces for receiving bottles. There is a second pair of elements inverted with respect to the first pair and having recesses in their lower edges. The recesses of the second pair of elements register with the recesses of the first pair of elements so as to define circular bottle receiving openings. A ring of cushioning material lines each opening. The cushioning material is in the form of semi-circular strips, the strips of registering recesses forming a ring, or in the form of a complete ring. Each ring includes a web (24) which lies against the semi-circular faces (20, 22) of the recesses (12, 14) and flanges (26) which lie against the side faces of the elements (10).
CONTAINER FOR TRANSPORTING AND/OR STORING A PLURALITY OF GLASS SHEETS
The invention relates to a container (30) for transporting and/or storing a plurality of glass sheets of a maximum length substantially parallel to each other, the container (30) comprising a frame (31) having a floor (32) and fastening uprights provided with holes (40, 41). The container (30) further 5 includes movable supporting and/or fastening means (42, 43, 44, 45) secured to the frame (31) by movable attachment means (46) received in the holes (40, 41) such that the location of the movable supporting and/or fastening means (42, 43, 44, 45) can be tuned to the glass sheet dimensions. The supporting and/or fastening means (42, 43, 44, 45) may also be 10 arranged so that they are disposed within the container (30) such that the faces of the glass sheets are disposed parallel to a main longitudinal direction of the frame (31).
