Supporting shelf module and wafer container using same
A supporting shelf module includes a plurality of plastic supporting plates parallelly arranged in a height direction, and at least one pair of metal-made connectors located at two opposite ends of the supporting plates in the height direction. The connectors in one pair are correspondingly located in two horizontal planes perpendicular to the height direction. A wafer container is also disclosed, which includes a container body having at least two sets of the supporting shelf modules mounted therein, at least two top retaining brackets and at least two bottom retaining grooves provided on an inward side of a top and a bottom panel of the container body, respectively. The supporting shelf module has upper ends engaged with the top retaining brackets and lower ends engaged with and limited to the bottom retaining grooves in an engaging direction. Thus, the tolerance problem of the conventional wafer shelf can be solved.
PACKING BOX FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL GLASS PANEL
The present disclosure relates to a packing box for liquid crystal glass panel, including: a box body, the side walls of which cooperate with each other to form a placement area used for placing the liquid crystal glass panel; a supporting member; and a mounting groove formed on the inner side of at least one side wall of the box body for receiving the supporting member, wherein a mounting part capable of forming a complementary shape fit with the mounting groove is formed on one end of the supporting member, and a supporting part extending toward the placement area is formed on the other end of the supporting member. The packing box is provided with the supporting member on the inner side of the side wall of the box body, in order to support and position the liquid crystal glass panel through the good structural strength of the supporting member itself. The supporting member cooperates with the side walls of the box body on the two sides thereof to form a holding area, for placing the chip on film of the liquid crystal glass panel. Therefore, the chip on film can be out of contact with the packing box, thus providing better protection for the liquid crystal glass panel.
CONTAINER FOR HOLDING INVISIBLE ELASTIC BANDS THEREIN
A container for holding invisible elastic bands therein is described. The container includes two opposing walls with a cavity therebetween. A series of raised ridges are formed on the opposing side walls. The raised ridges are formed parallel with one another along each of the opposing walls, thereby allowing a user to insert a sheet within the container such that the invisible elastic bands reside safely between adjacent raised ridges. The container is shaped as an envelope with an unblocked opening and is sized to easily fit within a magician's pocket. Due to its size and shape, the magician can easily retrieve invisible elastic bands during a performance.
RESILIENT EXPANDABLE STERILIZABLE PACKAGING FOR INDIVIDUAL ITEMS
Resilient expandable individual packaging (1, 20) for elongated items (17), consisting of a packaging body (1, 20) open on one side with a packaging space (25, 25) closed at the bottom, which merges into a resiliently expandable closure part (6) on its upper side, wherein in the transition region between the closure part (6) and the packaging space (25, 25) one or more locking knobs (11, 12) are arranged, which form a resiliently expandable closure gap (13, 13) therebetween.
LIGHTWEIGHT LARGE-CAPACITY MINIATURE-CARRIED BOX
The present invention discloses a lightweight large-capacity miniature-carried box, including a box body provided with a box door on a circumferential surface. The box body includes several lightweight panels. Several goods sliding grooves are symmetrically formed on the opposite surfaces of the lightweight panels on both sides of the box door of the box body, and a tray capable of being pulled or pushed in a direction of the box door is erected between two goods sliding grooves that are symmetrically horizontally arranged, and the tray has a tray-shaped structure capable of magnetically attracting a miniature model. The box has advantages of light weight, high strength, large capacity, and a high space utilization rate, and articles are not squeezed and collided during movement, so that a large quantity of miniature models of tabletop games can be easily carried.
PACKAGING CUSHION MATERIAL, PACKAGING MATERIAL, AND PACKAGED ARTICLE
A packaging cushion material, to be housed in a box body together with an article, includes a holder portion adapted to accommodate the article, a holder support portion adapted to support the holder portion, and a hinge portion connecting the holder portion and the holder support portion to each other. The holder portion, the holder support portion, and the hinge portion are integrally molded as one component. When the packaging cushion material is housed in the box body in a state where the hinge portion is folded, the holder support portion supports the holder portion with the hinge portion interposed therebetween such that the holder portion is displaceable.
Packaging apparatus
The present invention discloses a packaging apparatus, comprising multiple packaging elements, each packaging element comprises a slot for receiving a LCD module, and the packaging apparatus further comprises a connecting means for integrating the multiple packaging elements side by side. Therefore, the packaging apparatus can be used for both LCD modules and end-products such as TV, display devices, the packaging cost can be reduced.
COMPARTMENTALIZATION SYSTEM FOR INDUSTRIAL TOTES AND COMPARTMENTALIZABLE TOTES
A compartmentalization system for an industrial tote includes a base, side walls, which include recesses for retaining bins within the tote and end walls. The tote may include eight recesses in each side wall for receiving a pair of inserts on a bin. The bins typically include two or four tabs. The bins that are used with the tote system include a base opposed side walls and end walls that define the interior of the bin. Typically, a lip formed at the top of the side and end walls to improve strength and stability. The tabs are formed on the exterior of at least one side wall. The tab is inserted into the recess in the tote. Each tab includes a riser that is substantially normal to the sidewall and a tab formed at the end of the riser so that the tab is spaced apart from the sidewall.
PACKAGE FOR DISPLAY DEVICE
A package for a display device includes a housing, an inner portion inserted into the housing, and a cover coupled to the housing an enclosing the inner portion, wherein at least one of the cover or the inner portion includes a plurality of fixing protrusion portions arranged in a curved shape.
Cassette configurations to support platters having different diameters
A material handling apparatus adapted to support a plurality of disc-shaped platters, such as but not limited to a cassette assembly adapted to support data recording media or substrates during manufacturing. In some embodiments, a cassette assembly includes a base cassette with a base and opposing sidewalls configured to support an outermost perimeter of each of a first plurality of disc-shaped platters having a first diameter. An insert contactingly engages the base cassette. The insert has a plurality of spaced apart grooves to contactingly support an outermost perimeter of each of a second plurality of disc-shaped platters having a different, second diameter.
