Platform insert for bowl, bowl with platform, and methods of using the same
A filament platform insert for insertion into a bowl includes a plurality protruding stages and a plurality of recesses that are each formed in arcuate shapes to form a plurality of arcuate filament channels. An access channel extending along the platform insert, between a top and bottom, and between a rear and front, provides access for insertion of a finger or tool for manipulating an endovascular filament stored in the filament channel. The platform insert is dimensioned such that alignment of multiple such platforms will form filament raceways within a bowl for the coiled reception and storage of multiple endovascular filaments, with each filament reliably isolated from one another. In an alternative configuration, an endovascular filament bowl may be made to have the filament platform as a monolithic component thereof.
Support assembly with movable bearing assembly
A support assembly includes a body and a bearing assembly. The body defines a first opening. The bearing assembly is selectively repositionable within the first opening. The bearing assembly includes a housing, a socket, and a ball. The housing defines a second opening. The socket is positioned at least partly within the second opening and coupled to the housing. The ball bearing is positioned within the socket. The ball bearing is configured to rotate with respect to the housing. The bearing assembly is selectively repositionable between a first position, where the ball bearing extends from the body, and a second position, where the ball bearing does not extend from the body.
MULTI-PURPOSE SINGLE-USE TRANSPORTER FOR BIOPHARMACEUTICAL SOLUTIONS
This disclosure describes a system for protection of the bottle or carboys during freezing, storage or transport, and thawing. The system described herein is designed to enable high heat transfer rates under certain conditions, thus enabling to freeze or thaw the biopharmaceutical solutions at optimal rates, without disassembling the protective structure. This disclosure describes a system configured to receive a bottle or carboy filled with biopharmaceutical solutions for freezing, transport and thawing. This system comprises five main parts: a lid; a top cover; a multi-shape compatible top holder; a multi-shape compatible bottom holder and a bottom cover. This system has an opening in the bottom below the container that allows air to be driven through the walls of the bottle and through a side vent. The airflow passage in the system, allows the use of the system for freezing (cold air) or thawing (hot air) while providing physical protection.
SYSTEM FOR ACTION FIGURE ENTERTAINMENT
A system for action figure entertainment that includes: a box, where the box includes an inner attachment surface and said box is adapted to release to a flat surface; attachment pegs over the flat surface; at least one attachable action figure for placement on the inner attachment surface; and at least one decorative attachment for placement on the inner attachment surface.
CONTAINER AND INSERT ASSEMBLY
A container includes an outer box and an insert sized to fit inside the outer box. The insert includes a bottom wall, a first lateral end coupled to the bottom wall, and a second lateral end coupled to the bottom wall. The first lateral end opposes the second lateral end. The first lateral end may include a first outer wall and a first cradle wall spaced apart from the first outer wall. The first cradle wall may include a first cutout shaped to receive a flange at a first end of a spool of material. The second lateral end may include a second outer wall and a second cradle wall spaced apart from the second outer wall. The second cradle may include a second cutout opening shaped to receive a second end of the spool of the material. The insert may be formed from a rigid material.
Orthopaedic instrument system including an instrument caddy and method for assembling a surgical instrument
An orthopaedic instrument system including an instrument caddy is disclosed. The instrument caddy is configured to receive one or more cutting broaches to house the cutting broaches between orthopaedic surgical procedures. The instrument caddy is also configured to be used during a surgical procedure to assist a user in assembling the cutting broach with another surgical instrument. A method of assembling a surgical instrument is also disclosed.
System and methods for packaging cables
In a cable packaging system and method a retainer within a container retains coiled cables in a preferred orientation, such as a vertical orientation, with the coil axis of the coiled cable directed longitudinally toward sidewalls of the container and a diameter line of a plane defined by the coil directed toward the top and bottom of the container. The retainer may include a resilient material, such as a foam material, to allow insertion of a coiled cable and return at least partially to a neutral, pre-insertion, position to thereby engage and retain the coiled cable.
Product Engagement Packaging System and Display
A packaging system having a storage configuration and a display configuration is described herein. The package is made from a package blank having panels adhesively engaged together to form the package. The assembled package having an interior defined by a plurality of walls within which a plurality of product containers may be stored and eventually displayed. The bottom and/or two opposing walls of the package have a pattern of discrete material depositions adhesively deposited thereon. The depositions each have a height as measured from the wall that they are mounted upon. The presence and height of the opposing depositions providing a mechanical engagement surface against which an adjacent product container is biased or held against, to prevent the product container from falling forward or out of the package when the package is in the display configuration, even as individual product containers are removed from the package by customers.
Storage frame structure for automatic depot
A storage frame structure for an automatic depot includes: several space limiting units, each having a plug-in surface formed with vertical slots and two opposite ends, at least one of the opposite ends being formed with an insert hole; several fixing rods abutting with the limiting units respectively; two side plates connected to the fixing rods in such a manner that the fixing rods extend parallel to one another between the side plates; and two positioning plates, each having two opposite insert ends extending into the vertical slots of an adjacent pair of the limiting units, thereby defining a reception chamber therebetween to retain a material tray stably in the chamber. The storage frame structure has simple construction and is applicable in automation industry (like SMT electronic industry) for material storing and sorting.
Magazines for holding plural flat cards
Disclosed is a lidded magazine (100) for holding plural generally flat sample collection cards (10) in spaced parallel relation, the magazine is open at its top and includes upstanding opposed side walls (110,120), each wall (110,120) further including plural opposed pairs of inwardly extending wall ribs (112,122) spaced along each wall (110,120) to provide therebetween card accepting slots, a first slot dimension (W) being defined by the spacing between an interior face (154) of each wall, the magazine being characterised in that the walls (110,120) at the top (152) of each slot (150) are tapered outwardly such that the first dimension (W) is greatest at the top of the slot (150).
