HIGH-INTEGRITY OPAQUE-INSET PANEL ENVELOPE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A high-integrity opaque-inset panel envelope includes a front panel formed from a printable material, one or more apertures being defined therethrough, one or more flaps extending from the edges of the front panel, and one or more opaque inset panels/labels disposed on an inner surface of the front panel to cover the one or more apertures. Opaque inset panels can have an optical brightness about 1-6% greater than the optical brightness of the printable material. The envelope can be formed by removing portions of a printable material to form one or more flaps about a front panel and one or more apertures through the front panel and disposing one or more opaque inset panels to an inner surface of the front panel, such that the one or more opaque inset panels covers the one or more apertures.

Shipping statement envelope
An improved shipping statement envelope in disclosed which has been sized and configured for use with automated equipment which functions to automatically fold and insert, or stuff, shipping documents into the envelope. A transparent portion on the forward surface of the envelope permits address information and the like provided on the shipping documents to readily inspected from the exterior of the envelope. A pressure-sensitive adhesive provided on a rear surface of the envelope can be exposed to permit the envelope to be closed, and permits the envelope and its contents to be easily secured to an associated package.
Shipping statement envelope
An improved shipping statement envelope in disclosed which has been sized and configured for use with automated equipment which functions to automatically fold and insert, or stuff, shipping documents into the envelope. A transparent portion on the forward surface of the envelope permits address information and the like provided on the shipping documents to readily inspected from the exterior of the envelope. A pressure-sensitive adhesive provided on a rear surface of the envelope can be exposed to permit the envelope to be closed, and permits the envelope and its contents to be easily secured to an associated package.
SHIPPING ENVELOPE
An envelope generally comprises a sandwich of layers comprising an outer layer, outer plastic film layers affixed to the outer layer, a ceramic fiber layer, a radiant barrier layer, and one or more plastic film layers affixed to an obverse or reverse side of the radiant barrier layer. The sandwich of layers is folded over unto itself at the bottom and sealed at the sides so as to form an envelope, and the top closure being formed by folding the top downward over the folded lower portion. In other embodiments, the sandwich of layers comprises an outer radiant barrier layer and an inner radiant barrier layer, first, second, and third plastic film layers, and a ceramic fiber layer. In some embodiments, the envelope comprises a mesh layer.
SHIPPING ENVELOPE
An envelope generally comprises a sandwich of layers comprising an outer layer, outer plastic film layers affixed to the outer layer, a ceramic fiber layer, a radiant barrier layer, and one or more plastic film layers affixed to an obverse or reverse side of the radiant barrier layer. The sandwich of layers is folded over unto itself at the bottom and sealed at the sides so as to form an envelope, and the top closure being formed by folding the top downward over the folded lower portion. In other embodiments, the sandwich of layers comprises an outer radiant barrier layer and an inner radiant barrier layer, first, second, and third plastic film layers, and a ceramic fiber layer. In some embodiments, the envelope comprises a mesh layer.
SHIPPING ENVELOPE AND METHOD
A plastic shipping envelope includes a first plastic sheet and a second plastic sheet, bonded to each other at a bottom edge and at side edges thereof, wherein a chamber is present between inner sides of the first and second plastic sheets, and wherein an access opening is provided at a top side of the shipping envelope, a resealable airtight seal with interlocking sealing strips, one of the interlocking sealing strips being arranged on the inside of the first sheet and the other of the interlocking sealing strips being arranged on the inside of the second sheet, both sealing strips being arranged near the access opening, in a direction transverse to the side edges, and a one-way air valve, fluidly connecting the chamber of the shipping envelope to the outside, such that air can be vacated, when the chamber is closed by sealing the airtight seal, from the chamber to the outside, wherein the first sheet has a flap portion that, with respect to the second sheet, extends beyond the top edge of the second sheet, wherein the flap portion of the first sheet is provided with two vertically spaced apart strips of adhesive material, each arranged in a direction transverse to the side edges, each strip of adhesive material being covered, at its side facing away from the flap portion, by a respective user removable backing, and wherein the flap portion is provided with a perforated tear line, arranged in between the strips of adhesive material.
SHIPPING ENVELOPE AND METHOD
A plastic shipping envelope includes a first plastic sheet and a second plastic sheet, bonded to each other at a bottom edge and at side edges thereof, wherein a chamber is present between inner sides of the first and second plastic sheets, and wherein an access opening is provided at a top side of the shipping envelope, a resealable airtight seal with interlocking sealing strips, one of the interlocking sealing strips being arranged on the inside of the first sheet and the other of the interlocking sealing strips being arranged on the inside of the second sheet, both sealing strips being arranged near the access opening, in a direction transverse to the side edges, and a one-way air valve, fluidly connecting the chamber of the shipping envelope to the outside, such that air can be vacated, when the chamber is closed by sealing the airtight seal, from the chamber to the outside, wherein the first sheet has a flap portion that, with respect to the second sheet, extends beyond the top edge of the second sheet, wherein the flap portion of the first sheet is provided with two vertically spaced apart strips of adhesive material, each arranged in a direction transverse to the side edges, each strip of adhesive material being covered, at its side facing away from the flap portion, by a respective user removable backing, and wherein the flap portion is provided with a perforated tear line, arranged in between the strips of adhesive material.
Resealable packing-list pouch
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including a packing-list-pouch comprising a back sheet and a front sheet attached to a pocket, a protective lip sheet attached to cover a top edge of the front sheet, and a removable release liner attached to an exterior surface of the back sheet via an adhesive coating. The packing-list-pouch may include a flap sheet attached to the protective lip sheet and an adhesive strip configured to fasten a bottom portion of the flap sheet to the front sheet to form a resealable closure over an opening of the pocket and the protective lip sheet.

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including a packing-list-pouch comprising a back sheet and a front sheet attached to a pocket, a protective lip sheet attached to cover a top edge of the front sheet, and a removable release liner attached to an exterior surface of the back sheet via an adhesive coating. The packing-list-pouch may include a flap sheet attached to the protective lip sheet and an adhesive strip configured to fasten a bottom portion of the flap sheet to the front sheet to form a resealable closure over an opening of the pocket and the protective lip sheet.
