The bag for boat livewell generally includes a bag having a floor, an upper opening opposite of the floor, a first sidewall extending from the floor, a second sidewall extending from the floor, a first end wall extending between the first sidewall and the second sidewall, and a second end wall extending between the first sidewall and second sidewall. A hand-held lift loop assembly tester apparatus and method tests peel strength of a heat seal connection between a lift loop patch and a bulk bag body as an indicator of shear strength of the connection and whether the bag will pass industry safety lifting requirements. A lifting platform of the hand loop tester is inserted between the patch and the bag body in an unsealed area and measures the amount of peel and thus the peel strength of the heat seal bond or connection at the edges or sides of the unsealed area. If the peel strength is adequate, this is a reliable indicator that the shear strength of the bond or connection is also adequate and that the bag will meet the current industry required 5 to 1 safety lifting requirements.

A pop-up mechanism for use with a bag so that when operated by a user, a decorative object pops up from a hidden position within the bag to a position clearly in view. A twistable circular band is held within a sleeve at the top of the bag. The band has attached thereto at least one finger tab, and a pivotal post having an end to which the decorative object is attached. When the finger tab is operated, the band twists and thereby pivots the post and the decorative object from the hidden position to the viewable position.

In a different embodiment, the invention also relates to a water-degradable flexible gurney cover for covering patient care gurneys, wherein said gurney cover consists of a nonwoven polyvinyl alcohol resin fabric.

A reusable mailer bag includes front, rear, first side, second side, and bottom panels which include interior surfaces that define a carrying volume that has an opening which is opposite the bottom panel. The mailer bag also includes a flap and a first side extension. The flap is configured to extend across the opening to close the carrying volume during shipping. The flap includes a first end portion that is attached to the rear panel and a second end portion that is configured to secure to the front panel. The first side extension extends from a first edge of the second end portion of the flap that is adjacent the first side panel. The first side extension is configured to extend around the first side panel and to secure to the rear panel when the second end portion is secured to the front panel.
