A clip-clamp with top lock device for preferably closing and sealing bags and the like. The clip-clamp with top lock device includes a closure assembly including a pair of lever members spatially arranged and facing one another and also including an interconnector extending between the lever members, and further including at least one biased member connected to the lever members for memory retentiveness and to bias the lever members about and seal an opening of a container such as a bag.

A bag clip comprises a pair of opposing jaws configured for resilient movement between an open position in which the jaws are apart from one another and a closed position in which the jaws are adjacent one another. The assembly includes a bag cutter with a handle end portion reciprocatingly coupled to a first said jaw member, a tongue end portion slidably received within an elongate groove of a second said jaw member, and one or more blades between the handle end portion thereof and the tongue end portion thereof.

A clamping handle device includes a clamp body with pivotally connected first and second clamping portions biased by a torsion spring towards a closed position. The clamp body defines a clamping mouth on the opposite side of the torsion spring. First and second handles slide relative to the clamping body and positioned on opposite sides of the clamping mouth. Each handle has hinged first and second handheld portions. The second handheld portions can be rotated to separate the ends of the first and second clamping portions to open the clamping mouth. The clamping handle device is integrated into a carrying bag with detachable sidewalls, and also functions as an electronic device stand.

A method for closing a mesh bag including applying an ancillary closing element around a transversely collected portion of the bag, tightly girdling the same, thereby determining on a first side of the closing element a storage portion of the bag and on a second side of the closing element, adjacent thereto, a mesh bundle. The method further including the operation of bonding yarns of the mesh bundle together to form at least one bulge that acts as a retainer as it prevents, by abutment with the ancillary closing element, the mesh bundle from passing from the second side to the first side of the ancillary closing element.
