A cap (100) for a container (120) is provided. The cap (100) may include a skirt (102) component and a seal component (104). The skirt (102) component is formed of a metal material and includes an annular outer sidewall (103) defining a skirt cavity (123) that extends along a skirt axis and has an open bottom end (107). The seal component (104) is formed of a plastic material and includes an annular seal sidewall (111) having a threaded inner surface (108) configured to mate with a threaded outer surface of a neck of a container body (120). The annular seal sidewall (111) may define a neck cavity (113) having a closed top end (104) and an open bottom end (115) for receiving the neck of the container (124). The seal component (104) may be mounted to the skirt (102) component and/or located within the skirt cavity (123) so that the annular outer sidewall (103) of the skirt component (102) circumscribes the annular seal (111) sidewall of the seal component (104).

A cap configured to be detachably attached to a mouth portion of a container body having a containment space for contents and close the mouth portion, includes: a transparent or semitransparent topped tubular outer lid portion; and a topped tubular inner lid portion located in close contact with an inner side of the outer lid portion so as to be relatively non-rotatable. A retaining protrusion having an inclined surface that is inclined inward in a downward direction and extends to a lower end of the outer lid portion is provided on an inner peripheral surface of the outer lid portion. The retaining protrusion engages with a retaining depression provided on an outer peripheral surface of the inner lid portion, to suppress separation between the outer lid portion and the inner lid portion.

The invention relates to a cosmetics container, in particular a mascara container (400), whose components are a container part (401), a container cap (402), a wiper, which is inserted into a container neck disposed on a container part, and an applicator (403), which is connected to the container cap and passes through the wiper with a brush rod provided with an applicator brush on its free end. Drink containers include a liquid container and a cap assembly removably coupled to the liquid container. Cap assemblies include a switch, a trigger and seal bar. Upon actuating the trigger the seal bar slides back to form a drink outlet opening in the cap assembly. To hold the seal bar in an open state without additional external force from the user, the switch is slid from an unlocked position to a locked positon, thereby keeping the drink outlet and a vent formed in the cap assembly open in order to cool down a warm beverage in the liquid container.

A 2-piece closure includes a cap having a first skirt perpendicular to, and extending downwardly from, a first circular top wall. The first skirt includes a groove and a first anti-rotation formation. A tamper band attaches to the first skirt by frangible members. A cap cover includes a second skirt extending downwardly from a second circular top wall. The second circular top wall and the second skirt define an interior having a groove engagement formation and a second anti-rotation formation. The cap cover encloses a portion of the cap, with the groove engagement formation and the groove engaged. The first and second anti-rotation formations interact to restrict rotation of the cap cover relative to the cap.

In one embodiment, the container includes a container body, a hair colorant container section of the container body removably mountable to a peroxide container section of the container body, and the hair colorant container section and the peroxide container section collectively forming a cavity with an inside surface. The hair colorant container section may include a first interior seal threadedly engaged with the inside surface within the hair colorant container, and the peroxide container section may include second interior seal threadedly engaged with the inside surface within the peroxide container section.

The present application is directed to cap assemblies and particularly, cap assembly for closing an opening in a vessel, the cap assembly including a stopper including an polymer body adapted to fit an opening of a vessel, the stopper also including a tubular portion which defines an internal passageway extending through the polymer body; and a rigid cap attached to and integral with the stopper, wherein the cap is adapted to engage the vessel and provide a sealing force between the stopper and the vessel.

Disclosed are scented material compositions, articles and methods of their manufacture. In some aspects, a scented attachment for a beverage container includes a scented article including a body loaded with a volatile chemical compound to emanate from the body of the scented article to generate a scent, in which the scented article includes at least one interior protruding structure that projects from an interior wall of the body of the scented article and is configured to attach to a bottle and be enclosed by a cap and the bottle when the cap is securely fastened to the bottle, such that the scent from the scented attachment is trapped when the cap is securely attached to the bottle and releases into an outer environment when the cap is detached from the bottle, in which the scented article comprises a scented material formed of a fragrance oil and a plastic base material.
